Wendy's — Restaurant in West Buechel

I wasn't sure it was open because it was dark outside and the Wendy sign and outside lights were not on but I saw cars at the drive-thru so I pulled in. I wasn't feeling good about my decision though because this particular Wendy's has always given bad service. Drive-thru took forever and the place was not busy. There was enough time for me to listen to 4 full songs on the radio before the 2 cars in front of me gave their orders. When I finally got to the speaker I had to repeat my order for 2 hamburgers and what I wanted on them 3 times. I got to the pay window and it took the kid (same kid who had trouble taking my order) 5 minutes to open the window and ask for payment. Oh, and he had to ask the details of my order again (4th time) because he had a tough time understanding what "everything no cheese or mustard" meant. When I voiced my frustration with the situation (I said "don't make it harder than it is. It's just hamburgers") he got rude like I was being unreasonable at his dim understanding of his job. I finally got to the pick-up window and asked for a manager. I told her about the rude, poorly trained kid at the pay window and how I expected my small order to be wrong in some way. I repeated my order again and she assured me it was made correctly. It wasn't. Apparently "everything no cheese or mustard" means "ketchup and cheese only" in Wendyland! All said and done I spent 30 minutes or so for a trip that should have taken less than 10. And when I pulled away the sign and outside lights were still dark. Seems appropriate. I won't be going...

I visited this restaurant today while on lunch break and I was very disappointed ☹️. I usually get pretty decent service but today I added on sugar cookies to my order at the ordering screen which the worker said she had it and when I pulled around to pay for the meal;after confirming the order, it had not been added and so was added at the payment window. I drove to the pickup window and was handed a bag with no cookies. Since I was in the drive thru I parked and walked to enter the restaurant to resolve the issue with the receipt and proof of purchase of the cookies in hand. The lobby was locked so I walked up to the pickup window and proceeded to tell the worker about the issue. I was informed that it was not rang up and went to go grab the cookies. Come to find out they didn't even have any baked so there was going to be a wait. Mind you this transaction occurred early afternoon right before 1pm. I informed the attendant at the window that I had infact paid for the cookies, showing her the receipt. She asked if I wanted chocolate chip or an oatmeal bar. After I answered that I was not interested in neither I was told that I had to work with her while she chuckled. I eventually took the chocolate chip because I didn't have time to go back and forth about 2.40 cents and I felt as if she was holding my money hostage Ijust felt that my time was...

I have attempted to visit this Wendy's on buechel bypass oh, at least three times this week. And every single time that I have attempted to visit this location I have been unsuccessful in obtaining an order from them. The first time that I attempted to come was for breakfast, I ordered my meal and pulled around to the window to set in line for 35 minutes while another car sat at the window in front of me not receiving their order or a drink or anything after having paid. The second time I tried to come was after work and their Google listing said that they closed at 11 p.m. I showed up at 9:58 p.m. and they were already closed. And just now tonight September 1st 2021 I have attempted to go to that location once again at 8:30 p.m. on a Wednesday, only to be told by an employee who came out through the back door that the store was closed once again. All the meanwhile having another employee standing right next to him yelling and excitement to a car that was in the Drive-Thru line behind me. This store is completely unprofessional, and does not ever service the needs of the customers in the area. There's no point in even having this location remain open if they're never able to...
