Walked in Chipotle, workers filling orders messily, cheese going everywhere on the counter, looks unsanitary, they could be fast, & neat but nah. OKAY, I have a pick up order so I went to the pickup racks, delivery order wasn't there. Waited 7 minutes till someone acknowledged me, & asked what the name on the order was, told them, & they said it'll be a minute. Okay. 5 minutes later someone else was waiting behind me for their pick up order, then another 4 minute passes, & a 3rd person walked in looking for their order. Okay 7 minutes pass (16 minutes since I've been waiting, not including the 7 mins I was waiting to be acknowledged), the 3rd PERSON gets their order first, crazy. Then 5 mins later (21 mins now total waiting) a 4th person walks in tells the name for their pickup order, 8 mins later (almost 30 mins since I've been waiting) they get it, and so does the 2nd person behind me. So now I'm the last one there still waiting when I was the first to arrive 30+ mins ago. Delivery apps give the restaurant 35-1hr+ to get the food ready before selecting a driver, okay so it should have been ready prior, but doesnt hurt to wait 5 mins -or rarely 10 mins. So I've been waiting 30+ mins, Absolutely horrific, no one keeping me up on the progress, standing like I don't exist. Literally I'm in front of them. Okay 6 mins later I get the pickup order (35 mins total wait), but the bag I was given didn't include the chips, cause I felt none in there. So I had to ask like 3 times, getting a response like "HUH?" "IS IT NOT IN THERE" "OH IT'S NOT" etcetc. So they give it to me, & I go to my car, & the whole bag RIPS APART. Like WTF. Uneducated, lack of common sense folks. They put the heavy glass bottles of Mexican sprite in with the tacos, & dipping cheese that wasn't even closed, all stuffed in 1 tiny brown paper bag. Also the glass sprites were COLD, of course they would melt, & water would be on the brown paper bag soaking it, and when it got soaked completely, the glass bottles fell through. DRINKS, & FOOD SHOULD NOT BE IN 1 PAPER BAG. Drinks & food r 2 separate things, they dont go together, not only that it's two freaking heavy glass bottles, the bottles should've been in a separate bag, double or even triple bagged. When you shop at a mall, they wrap glasses in newspaper right? It's the same thing. Have some common sense. It's lack of awareness, & no training to learn how to package deliveries. There is no excuse. This shouldn't have happened.

Read moreAugust 31st 2:00pm This place had the worst customer service. I arrived there about 1:50pm the place was a complete unsanitary and a mess. There was an awful smell in the air that took me by surprise. I told her I was here to pick up an order. The first person I talked to said it would be ready in about 13 minutes. So I sat and waited, and then I went back up there and told them again that I was still waiting, and they seemed really irritable and ticked off, and said that there was no order under that name. They said the person with that name had picked up the order 30 minutes ago, which wasn’t at all possible because my sister had just placed the order 15 minutes ago. They told me to call the person that had placed the order so I did, which was my sister and then I showed them the order confirmation on my phone that she had placed it. They looked at me and gave me a face like I was completely lying and made the whole thing up. Then they told me to go ahead and call someone else to see if they had already picked an order So I made another phone call to make sure no one else picked it up which I already knew 100% no one had. They said they were going to make it, but they were clearly angry with me that I had inconvenienced them. They took an extremely long time to prepare the food. The place was pretty empty. Two other people came in front of me got their orders done almost immediately. I sat there and waited for a long time and they kept giving me dirty looks over and over again. I tried to be friendly and said to one of the staff members that I understand that mistakes will be made but they were completely uncaring and seem very annoyed with me. The women in front of me gave me a dirty expression and said that’s just my face. They all seem to completely hate their jobs! They couldn’t just admit that they messed up the order. Why couldn’t they have been way more understanding and considerate! And made me look like a complete fool! One of the orders just had rice and tortilla. Nothing was labeled. Read moreI go to Chipotle weekly and I'm always impressed by the demeanor of the staff and quality of the food. Both are sorely lacking at this location.
First, when I arrive I'm not greeted at all but told flatly that they are out of steak and vinegarette. Ok not a big deal, we move on. I order my bowl and then notice no chips. Weird that it wasn't mentioned. I ask and I get told there are none.
Guy comes out of the back with a bag of chips and puts it in a to go order. Hmmm... as he's ringing me up I ask if they have any chips. I'm told no once again.
I see a third employee in the back making chips. My hope rekindles and I ask if they are making chips right now. No, I'm told once again. I ask if they know when they will have more chips. "I don't know," he tells me.
Frustrated by the whole experience I return to my hotel to eat my bowl. The al pastor chicken had so much marinade on it I actually felt like puking halfway through the bowl. The chicken was the only thing I could taste. I'm not sure if the guac, beans and rice were not seasoned or the excessive marinade was too overpowering. Either way it was disgusting.
This Chipotle is 4 mintues from my hotel. Sadly I'll need to pick up from a different location next time due to the horrible service...
