I usually order twice a day and today ordered the peppered shrimp Thai spicy. When I got home there was hardly any sauce and the Shrimp were all dry. And the dish consists only shrimp over steam rice with the sauce ($12). I called and asked me to return for more sauce . While waiting for the sauce the cook or the owner tried to educate me on how to order. I tried to explain that I wasnât there for any preaching but since he has to professionalism. He continued to tell me that he was right and I was wrong . When all I did was to sit and wait for my food. To this cook or owner was more important to be right than to please a regular customer and even laughed. All I wanted to do was have my food and go I didnât try to engage in a conversation or argument. Some people donât understand that part of owning a business is to educate themselves in customers service and that their roll is to provide a service not deuce others . Especially when he seemed to be professional and admit when heâd done a poor job cooking the meal. I wish can upload the photo, it looked like vomit over the shrimp.// 12/29/22 I just read the response to my review, since that day never been back nor even read the response. Today received a notification to let me know the review helped. THE OWNER was the cook and the supposed apology to the original review shows how arrogant their attitude towards customers could be; âif you felt offendedâ . Again placing blame on the customer not taking accountability to inadequate behavior nor his manner in conveying his concern in future âmisunderstandingâ. And not acknowledging the cookâs awful, inconsistent cooking skills. One: regular customer orders exact same thing just about every day. The cashier/receptionist recognizes my voice and knows exactly my order. So, honestly the owner/ cook doesnât know how my dish is usually served.?! Letâs analyze this further if the dish was consistent as far serving. Why would there be any need for...
Read moreDon't go here unless you're drunk, or just don't care about the taste & quality of your food. The "Thai level" of spice is a joke. I love my Mexican people, but that doesn't mean we should go trying to cook other culture's foods if we can't do it right. Trust me, I love Thai food, but this wasn't it. It's worse than Taco Bell is to Mexican food. You only get 3 oz of duck in the curry, so don't expect a normal 6-8oz of protein unless you pay more. It's super watery with such an obvious lack of flavor. I asked for thick egg noodles with it only to get the soggiest, most overcooked noodles. I told my waitress that they're too soft and she said they'd remake them. They sent another cup of noodles with the same level of sogginess.
My friend got the Pad Thai, and he said the same thing: lack of flavor. He had to keep putting soy sauce & chili on it. Even then, he...
Read moreHighly recommend this small local restaurant!! Authentic dishes that were absolutely delectable đ For appetizers you canât go wrong with fresh rolls: Rainbow Roll 10/10- crunchy fresh, bright dipping sauce. Butterfly Roll 8/10- Classic dipping sauce, I think the roll would be more cohesive with more fresh herbs/lettuce and cooled cooked shrimp instead of fried. The entrĂ©es are stars in their menu: Tom Yum Noodles 9/10- packing punch and tons of flavor, the right amount of noodles and shrimp, even the mushrooms were bursting with flavor. It might be intense for someone who has never tried Thai food! Pad Ki Mao 10/10- Ordered with beef, which was tender and savory to compliment this decadent noodle dish. Noodles were perfect and mixed with a good amount of veggies and earthy basil. OVERALL: This is a 12/10 place!! Service is also counter only and...
