I ordered the biscuit eggs sandwich with bacon. My order came without bacon. When I requested the menu to confirm I did not misunderstand my own order, I saw that the cooks did forget my bacon. After bringing this up to our waitress, Katie, who delivered our food to the table, she attempted to make it right by offering me a new sandwich since correctly. After I agree, I agree that I came back with a side of bacon instead of a new sandwich. After I tried to place my side of bacon in my sandwich, it fell apart. Granted, it's a soft biscuit, so falling apart is understandable. But with the weight of the eggs and melted cheese, this bacon refuses to squeeze into the flaps of the sandwich. After being frustrated, the manager Yohali (not sure how to spell her name but sounds like this), any way she showed up at my table telling me that I should pick another sandwich or just eat what I got the way it is. My argument is why should I eat something your cooks don't do per menu. 🤔 after my facial expression, she offered to just make a new one. I said that's what I wanted in the first place, and all this time has been wasted. After all the drama, I got a new biscuit sandwich, and I have to be honest, it's delicious, and the crispy bacon does make the difference in the taste. One more thing if you are eating at this location from 4-6, beware waitresses are all gathered in back dining room talking out in parking lot smoking. A customer came in and thought my daughter was the waitress because the real waitress was all on a union break....I guess! As for other menu items, they rotate seasonal menus, so don't expect the same items...
Read moreI don't know where to start with this place. I normally come with family and it can take an upwards of 45 minutes to be seated. We know the manager, so she can get us in, in less than 20 minutes, but she's not there all the time. Anyway, I decided to go with my dad as an early father's day brunch, and as we entered, we saw a line almost halfway out the opposite door. A woman was there taking names for people just arriving, but she switched with a different man, who put us on a different sheet of paper. We sat there for a good hour, before we saw the manager and spoke to her. Many others were also waiting, who had been here before us. Finally we get a seat and aren't seen for another 25 minutes. By the time our waiter comes, I'm ready to just leave, but my father calms me down, and the waiter takes down our drinks. Both of our drinks tasted like seltzer water (I had a Sprite and he had a Coke), and by the time we got our food ordered, several people who had gotten there after us, had already paid and left. I ordered pancakes and a side of hash browns. When we were served, I found hair that wasn't mine in my pancakes, and I was disgusted. Our waiter brought the dish and drink back, before returning with a different drink that tasted fine. He asked if I wanted something else, and I told him no. Read moreI picked up an order that I repeated 3-4 times to a male person taking the order over the phone. When I got home with the order, I called to tell him part of the order was incorrect and that I would like a refund for ONLY the up-charge that I was charged on the order. I did have to repeat myself multiple times for him to understand as it seems a few of the people working at this location to not speak English very well. He told me I could come all the way back to correct the order but of course I was not going to do that after taking 20 minutes to drive there and back home. He told me to call the next day to speak with the manager so I said I would but I also did not receive a receipt so I wanted my receipt number so that I could have a receipt number for the manager to review. He said he could not do that. I told him there was no receipt included and he said he could not even give me a receipt number. I called back to see if someone else could help and a lady answered and said she did not understand and call tomorrow. I called a third time and another lady answered and spoke over me saying she could not understand what I was asking for or understand what I was saying then HUNG UP on me.
