I cam to panera today with my grandad and it was terrible. First of all I needed get food for my mom cause she is staying is the hospital, so I came to panera on the 4th floor and the black guy taking my order was so terrible. My grandad was simply asking what was in the sandwich and the guy gave so much attitude about how we can just read the stuff, and I was super pissed off cause I need to check what was in the sandwich cause of allergy reasons and some of it I didn't even understand what was even in the sandwich. Also we asked for a empty cup cause we wanted to split our coffee and the guy made such a fuss and attitude on it and kept getting my nerves. Never coming here...
Read moreThis is the worst Panera in the city if not the state. Food is rarely made right and they skimp on ingredients.
But the MOST infuriating thing is that they run out of coffee. This happens like every 30 minutes, EVERY DAY. And then 6-7 of us are standing around like zombies waiting for them to brew more. Sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes. And they shoot you daggers or give attitude if you ask what's going on, so it's better to just stand there like an idiot and hope they notice.

Read moreUpdate: 2 years since posting the initial review there is no improvement. Coffee is not available unless you wait for up to 10 minutes, or is cold from 6:30-7:30 am 5 days a week.
I work on the campus and go daily for coffee. Most days during peak coffee service they are out of 1 or more varieties of hot coffee on the service line.
