just a suggestion for the individual responsible for heating up the products in the morning. It seems there was no real system in place and instead of putting them out as they get warm saying individually or in groups of three the individual sort of waited until there was 1015 hot food orders and then took it to distribute which made most of the customers have to wait, which created the impatient atmosphere.
it might be helpful to take the orders as the other ones are cooking that way the food will stay freshly warm and allows people to come in at separate times to get the item at the counter instead of having everyone wait for those 10 to 15 orders to be ready.
There is also an issue with sanitation as there was dirty paper towel and food on the bag with food. It seems as the utensils and gloves are not used based on visible red stained fingerprint

It seems that almost every time I come in here, my order is messed up.
