I love this concept. Almost like an Italian version of Chipotle but it’s much better quality than Chipotle and cooked to order. I got the ravioli (spinach and ricotta filling), vodka sauce, mushrooms, peas and added some crumbled sausage (similar to a Bosciola, which is one of my favorite Italian dishes. The idea I can get something like that on-the-go at high quality…and even customize it…totally awesome) Every ingredient was spectacular and you could tell the pasta was handmade and not from a box. I used the kiosk because I wanted to play around with the options but the staff also gave me the breakdown of how everything works. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. They recommended the fettuccine (made from spinach). I didn’t get it but I can’t wait to go back because that looked incredible also. Very nice space, even though it’s an ‘On the go’ concept, There is plenty of room to dine in. Clean, fresh and great artwork. Definitely worth checking out

Went in on a Saturday night. 3 employees behind the counter. No greeting, eye contact or anything. You order on a kiosk, so I am assuming they are cashless. Ordered food (Rigatoni & Ravioli with Bolonese). $35. 10-15 minute wait. You receive a text once food is ready. Again, no smile, conversation or anything from staff when handed the food. The one employee I encountered, a manager maybe, offered us a free drink bc I asked if they had bread and it looked like they were out. Food: Rigatoni- could of used more sauce and thicker. It was supposed to be a creamy vodka sauce. Boo. I tried my friend's ravioli. Sauce was good but a bit salty and a lot of it. Not in a rush to go back. Disappointing.

Very cute and welcoming place, but the food was unfortunately bland and unsalted. My pesto linguine needed a bunch of salt and had a huge pool of oil at the bottom. We also witnessed a fight between the management and an intoxicated patron from across the street which ended in the intoxicated guy bleeding from his head and being taken to a hospital by ambulance. Extremely aggressive and unprofessional attitude from the management. we also saw some employees go outside with their cooking gloves to see the fight them return with the same gloves to continue making pasta. Would not recommend nor would I come again. Italian Homemade Company is very comparable and just a few blocks away!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast, Flavorful, and Full of Heart!

This takeout pasta spot is a true Chicago treasure. The food is fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious—perfect for anyone on the go who refuses to settle for bland or boring. The pasta is consistently top-notch, with rich sauces and perfect textures that taste like they came straight from an Italian kitchen.

They also offer a great variety of drink options and even stock a few specialty items imported directly from Italy, which adds an authentic touch you don’t often find in quick-service places.

Parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s manageable—and once you taste the food, you’ll know it was worth the effort. The real magic here is the owner’s pride in the restaurant. You can feel it in the spotless space, the consistent quality, and the genuine care that goes into every dish. Support local talent. Support Chicago. This is as real as it gets. 🙌🍝 This place is a total gem for anyone craving quick, high-quality pasta without breaking the bank. Whether you're grabbing lunch between errands or need a comforting dinner on the fly, this spot nails it every time- I personally love to pick it up and bring it on our Boat day on Lake Michigan. It holds up well for...

Walking into Pasta Via in Fulton Market feels like you’ve stumbled onto a hidden gem. It’s not a flashy place, but the warmth hits you right away. You’re greeted with genuine smiles and the comforting aroma of fresh pasta cooking.

The menu is refreshingly focused. You won’t find endless options, just a well-chosen list of pastas and sauces, each made with care. I tried the cacio e pepe and the house-made ricotta ravioli. Both were outstanding. The pasta had that perfect bite, and the sauces were rich without being heavy.

What makes Pasta Via stand out isn’t just the food, but how the staff treats you. They don’t rush you and know how to guide first-timers. They’ll walk you through their favorites without pretension if you're unsure what to order.

Everything feels personal. The open kitchen lets you see the team at work, rolling dough and finishing plates with a final touch of grated Parmigiano. You can tell they care about every detail.

If you love Italian food or are just curious, Pasta Via is the place that wins you over in one visit. It’s welcoming, authentic, and consistently excellent. No matter who you bring, everyone will walk out smiling and already planning their...
