Ranalli's is a popular sports bar in the heart of West Loop. It's a go-to spot for locals especially during game days. They also have a complimentary shuttle service to and from United Center which is about ten minutes down the street - perfect for pregaming Bulls and Blackhawks games! We decided to catch the Lions vs. Bucs divisional round game and try their renowned pizza. We immediately felt the excitement in the air. The place was packed and there were TVs broadcasting the game from every angle. Starting off with appetizers, we ordered the fried cheese curds and bruschetta. The cheese curds were everything you'd expect - crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and served with marinara and ranch for dipping. They were a hit - 5 out of 5, would get again. The bruschetta, topped with fresh vine tomatoes, provided a nice contrast to the cheesy indulgence of the curds, though I wouldn't necessarily get it again - 4 out of 5. For our mains, we went with the Hot Honey Soppressata Pizza. It was a flavor explosion - the spicy soppressata paired perfectly with the sweetness of the hot honey, and the dollops of whipped ricotta added a creamy finish. It was so good, we gave it a 5 out of 5. The only downside was that our leftovers didn't heat up well. I'm an expert at reheating leftover pizzas, so I was disappointed when I tried to eat my leftovers, but it was too dry. The staff at Ranalli's were attentive and friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full. It's definitely a hotspot during game days, so making a reservation in advance is a smart move. We will be returning to watch more games and indulge in cheese curds, beer, and pizza!

Food: I got the hot honey soppressata pizza with pepperoni. It was thin crust and had a great blend of sweet, salty and cream from the whipped ricotta. A 12” can Feed probably 2 people depending on appetite. It did satisfied the craving after a long day. The tators were also really good, it had some kind of seasoning which made it taste better without ketchup Service: We walked in before it got busy and so we got to sit wherever. Our sever was okay, She made sure we had everything but the food was taking some time like perhaps 45 min and this was before people started to come in at 9:45-10pm after ARC festival had ended. Ambiance: it’s a American spot with tv of sports going on, very loud crowds, has a very modern style Location accommodation: This place has a lot of seating including outdoors, and also has a bar. There are 2 other locations as well that seem just as good as this one

Awesome atmosphere and very good food. The chicken tenders are must eat item, and are the best chicken tenders I have ever had at a restaurant (not kidding). They have plenty of flat screen televisions everywhere including in the booths. I cannot wait to come back and try other items on the menu. I would rate the pizza as average. I like the pan pizza better than the thin crust pizza personally, but the other items on the menu are why I would give the food four stars. I would love to come here to watch a sporting event because it will be really awesome.

I gave Ranalli's West Loop a 5 out of 5 star recently, but per the owner's request via Google, I am going to explain what made our experience(s) great. I didn't originally say why because I am quite the wordsmith, but here I go. Cracks Knuckles

Ranalli's West Loop is an establishment within the West Loop of Chicago that has gone from the normal neighborhood bar to a cornerstone within the community. With the assistance of the great management such as Raf and Joel over the years, they have managed to keep staff that have been vital to the experience. With a great wait staff, friendly smile, phenomenal atmosphere, delicious food, and amazing prices, Ranalli's West Loop can't be overlooked.

Ranalli's West Loop literally entertains every gender, race, and age. This is an inclusive environment that has managed to not only entertain our friends, family, and colleagues in the legal profession, but it has managed to create lasting memories. From our son coming here since he has been a few months old to aging matriarchal figures getting amped up for a Madonna concert, this venue has built memories and happiness.

This is the place you go when you're open to seeing friendly familiar faces from the neighborhood like the ones from the daycare your kid goes to and even your actual neighbors. It's not just about food here. It's about the overall sensation you feel as soon as you walk in.

One of the interesting aspects about this bar isn't just that it is an amazing bar, but there is a significant perk if you are going to an event at the United Center. The fact that you can get on a West Loop Ranalli's trolley and go straight to your event is a major benefit.

I also highly suggest that if you see a special being offered, try it. I don't normally believe that specials are the best route to go at most venues because they seem so gimmicky, but the specials at Ranalli's West Loop are phenomenal and have the customer in mind.

Let's talk about the actual favorites of this fine establishment that you can't ignore: 1. Toasted Raviolli - (Mix the Marinara with the White sauce they give you. You won't regret it.) 2. Bruschetta 3. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich 4. Garlic Knots

The one thing I didn't include in this list is the pizza. The reason I didn't include the pizza in the list is because it is the best pizza in town and the pizza being a top priority should go without saying. It's a no brainer. Order the pizza.

For kids, Dino Nuggets and fruit are perfect or go for a slice of pizza. The hot honey can be a bit spicy for a little one so we suggest to take off the spice if your little one is too young for a lot of spice.

Events - Great for a business lunch, great for a parents night with the kids, great for a date night, perfect for a bite before a game or an event.

Even if you are looking for something quick in the area to grab a bite, come here and order or even order it on UberEats. You will save quite a bit by picking it up in person, but this place has been a life saver for my family and I on multiple occasions.

I hope this has been insightful. Keep cultivating great staff....

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this incredible spot, and let me tell you, their smash burgers are absolute perfection! Picture this: two succulent Angus beef patties, oozing American cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, red onion, all nestled between a heavenly brioche bun. Each bite was a flavor explosion that left me craving more.

And the Hot Honey Soppressata? An absolute game-changer! The combination of whipped ricotta, roasted tomato, tantalizing hot honey, and savory soppressata creates an unforgettable taste experience that elevates the classic burger to a whole new level.

On top of the exceptional food, the service was top-notch. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, making our dining experience even more delightful.

If you're a fellow foodie in Chicago or just someone who appreciates a fantastic smash burger, Ranalli's West Loop is a must-visit. Whether you dine in or take a trip to savor their offerings, this spot is guaranteed to exceed your expectations.

Don't miss out on this culinary delight—treat yourself to their amazing smash burgers and join the #smashburger craze in the most delicious way possible. Ranalli's West Loop will undoubtedly become your new favorite burger...
