Food and flavor had me coming back regularly. Customer service however I find to be very rude. One man in particular the other day with a full beard, when I asked to get fresh yellowtail to avoid being served the last of the remaining two pieces of a pan. He refused, and said that to give me more yellowtail would require him to go cut more.

I think this place is very expensive, but flavorful. If the customer service was as good as the food I wouldn't mind coming back. It was a simple request and to have absolutely no effort on this managers part is a shame. I've told others about this incident and being in the hospitality industry myself, I know better, and this guy should too. Highly unlikely that you don't have pre-cut fish prepped during dinner rush, but maybe he didn't want to walk five feet....

I have visited this establishment, several times, at the beginning of 2024, when I used to work in the area of Eastland Center. I would come here, somedays, during my lunch breaks, to have my lunches. The meals that I would usually order were poke bowls. The prices for them, too, were not on the expensive side. At the same time, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. Of course, from time to time, the lines would get long. However, the staff would manage to move them fast. Thus, I give them kudos for running the establishment during lunch periods. Of course, I cannot forget to mention, that the establishment, in itself, was neat. So, if anyone is in the area of Eastland Center in West Covina, I would recommend to stop by this establishment. The prices, themselves, are...

This place is my favorite poke spot. They have a lot of toppings and a good amount of choices of fish. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly. I always get the large bowl with white rice, garlic soy for the sauce, salmon, yellow tail, and tuna. Then the toppings I get seaweed, double crab, cucumber, edamame and salmonroe. Side note some of my friends get all the 9 sauces mixed together. Also extra crab is 75 cents, avocado is $1 and yellowtail is $1. It's sorta hard to find this place.When you get off the freeway at the IKEA go north towards the foothills and make a left at the 2nd light. It will be the on the right when you enter the parking lot. I've been all over the planet and this is my favorite poke spot...for real. I hope...
