As we walked in we were greeted with annoyance and mean looks. I get it, you don’t want to work, but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to your customers at the sight of someone walking in. But that isn’t why I am giving a one star review. As I am ordering my food I ask for a Double Char Burger Combo. My girlfriend asks for a Char Burger Combo. We sit down, and go to eat our food as it’s called. I instantly notice that the burger looks off putting. Probably my imagination. I take a bite. Absolutely horrid. Okay, maybe its just me. About halfway in I look at the burger and realize I am eating fake meat. I look at the receipt, the lady punched in an impossible burger for what reason only God knows. How hard is it to just re-read the order or ask for some clarification? You are the voice behind my food, are you not? Not to mention, charged me extra by punching in a drink and fries (which should come with the combo) separately. My girlfriend later felt sick to her stomach. As i looked at hers, we realized the burger was raw. Didn’t even want to say anything at that point considering how absolutely rude they were. Got up, and left. Read moreUpdate from my review as of 6/23/23. I received a message to go on the link provided so that I could be contacted. Well I did that and as expected that was bull. Its just a circle of nothing. As you continue to read you will see my review. In my opinion if a business doesn't care about their food or service or their customers they don't deserve a good review. My son ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich and ended up with food poisoning. I had to take him to ER where he was given several treatments/meds. He was in extreme pain and suffered for hours. I had to take the day off to care for him and lost a day's pay and he had to miss work also. Long story short we filed a claim and the gentleman that handled it wasn't the most pleasant person. He made it seem like my son got sick from something else. After some time went by my son received a check for $200 for any inconvenience. His co-pay was $50 so he basically got $150. I sent in paper work for my time loss which they asked for. So $150 for his pain and suffering and $0 for my time loss. We've been reaching out to The Habit but no calls are being returned. They are ignoring us in my opinion. I will never go to The Habit again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Read moreI have been coming here and enjoying their food since it opened a few years ago. This month they have a limited time special of a Chicken Salad with cranberries and walnuts. I am on Weight Watchers so I asked the cashier how many calories this salad had. He didn't know. He asked his manager, Hilda. She didn't know either but advised me to go home and look it up on my computer. I think it is her job as the manager to know the calorie count and pass this information on to her staff. Telling the customer to look it up is unacceptable. This is the second time I have been there and asked for the calorie count of this salad. This is also the second manager and second time the managers and staff didn't know the answer or care to find out. I did try to look it up on line but it wasn't listed. Needless to say I left without ordering. The managers at this restaurant are lazy. Hilda could have said i don't know but next time you come back my staff and I will have this information or even taken my phone number or e-mail to give me the information.
