We haven’t gotten any food from IKEA since the shut down. We went there looking for a freestanding bathroom cabinet ( didn’t find one) . My hubby was complaining about eating late so I took him to the restaurant to satisfy his time constraints. The restaurant is cafeteria style you grab a tray and tell the servers what you want. Grab drinks and bread and queue up to pay. Pick up silverware . Find a table or have a party member find a table while you get food. Hopefully your table will be clean but I still pack my pandemic survival kit and had wet wipes. The food was delicious. We had the meatballs with mashed potatoes and gravy. The price was under $35 . I went on the weekend around 1:00 pm. There was a brief wait to order and pay. While there are many seats, majority of them were taken at this time. However, I was able to grab one after looking around a bit.
Of course I got the classic Swedish meatball (16 pc). The meatball is always solid and the highlight of the dish. Close second is the mash potatoes, then the peas. I’m not the biggest fan of the jam, but some people might if they like a bit of sweetness.
