Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Covina

Ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. My order was over $50 bucks w tip included no drinks. I get it eating out is expensive. With that being said you expect a certain quality and consistency when eating out. Especially at Chipotle, a franchise that prides itself in freshness. Reason for my rant... Found a hair -IN- my bowl. Took a chip(a very stale chip) to dig in and found a long black hair. I'm talking about shoulder length hair. So disgusting!!

None of us ate our food. If the hair was in my bowl it was around the rice or chicken to begin with. What a waste of money!!!!

Hopefully corporate reads this. I KNOW FOR A FACT THIS WOULD BE UNACCEPTABLE TO THEM IF THEY DINED OUT WITH THEIR FAMILY. Also the lettuce was brown and slimy around the edges. Seriously??!! I don't normally write reviews but I figured this time one employee in particular deserved it. I've been to a lot of different chipotle locations so I understand how they operate, that helps me appreciate when one store runs better. This location is good however there was a tall guy on the young side who gave me and my friends outstanding service, had really nice attitude, handled a situation which froze up the girl that was next to him, even offered samples of food that we were afraid of trying lol. That guy really went above and beyond his duty to the customers because I have worked in the food industry and I know what he has to deal with. To end he even did an AWESOME bowl flip with the lid which was so cool! He didn't do it with everyone so if he does it to your bowl you should feel special!...

ive had multiple bad experiences here but this one compelled me enough to write this. we all know chipotle is stingy, but the dude barely gave me any rice like there were gaps where you could still see my bowl at the bottom😭 but i think that was because there was a manager looming over them the whole time. i could feel the stress of these poor guys they were talking very fast and moved like robots. they spilled chili all over the containers cause they were going so fast. i heard her tell them that they needed to move the line faster when there was only one other person behind us. the way she was acting and the way it affected their service made this visit very uncomfortable for me but i gave the atmosphere 5 stars because it is a nice location. also the chips were stale so avoid the...
