Okay, I love the juice (Green Essentials) ....sometimes. I ALWAYS order the same exact drink every day, but it is NEVER the same twice. They are incredibly inconsistent with their recipes, and the people behind the counter have the WORST attitudes, so I'm afraid to even ask them to do it right. There is one guy in there that I absolutely love, because of his great attitude and hes always nice. There are only a couple girls that even smile at me, but the drinks they make are great. I went in today for my mobile order and the girl brought a drink to the counter, made eye contact with me and when I began to ask her for my order, she walked away! Then she did it again! I am currently looking for a better juice place with comparable drinks, because this place SUCKS. I have been going there for about 5 months, every. single. day. (sometimes a couple or few times a day) and they hardly treat me like a valued customer. I don't want to be a "Karen", but I couldn't anyway, because I don't even know where a manager is, because nobody is even identified. My points have been taken, the girls behind the counter are always arguing with me about the 50¢ charge for extra apple, and the schedule on the door is inaccurate, and God forbid you walk in even 1 minute early, they WILL kick you out. They have all these positive words and sayings everywhere, but they hardly have "good vibes". Such a shame, because this place had some great potential.
Update: I got tired of never getting my drink right and being treated like junk for saying something (rarely). One time they lost my order and acted like I was unreasonable because I asked 30 mins later!!! I go to Zodiac Juiceology and Apothecary on Citrus (just up the street in downtown Covina) now and the rewards are SO MUCH better, the people are WAY nicer and helpful, and the selection is infinitely better, and not to mention their packaging produces less waste. Glass bottles can be returned for 15¢ each towards your next purchase, PLUS if you sign up for the clover rewards, you get a point towards whatever you want with every drink and it only takes 10 to get a free drink! Employees were inside and I was being ignored even though I was knocking on the glass window. Finally I called and they picked up.
