They righted a wrong that wasn't their fault. I will say I order about once a week. The last sandwich no tomatoes on my bootlegger but I didn't leave a review because things happen. This time I ordered through their website. They didn't have a driver so contracted through Uber eats. Uber is ridiculous. They had someone on a bike which idc but this stuff makes no sense they were biking all over my area even went back to the store. Waited ten minutes but still didn't pick up my order and somehow biked like a really good distance away. I called the store they were soooo nice about the situation and tried to help with what they could. I finally got frustrated after 1hr and 10 minutes called and said well I can leave and just come get it. I apologized for my frustration I worked at Jersey Mike's and I know third parties were a night mare. But also why I ordered through their site. But again not their fault at all. All the employees I talked to were so nice. And when I came in I didn't even ask for it but to be honest they did the right thing and refunded my order and gave me my food. Read moreThis Jimmy John’s is painfully slow most of the time. I ordered from them before and their delivery times vary wildly. They say they have one driver, I get it. But what gets me is the attitude on the phone. If I had been a jackass on the phone, a little bad attitude my way would have been deserved. But all I asked was an ETA. The first time I had to call, the lady hung up on me. And today when I called the gentleman said he “can’t teleport the sandwich to me”. I was just asking for an ETA because I was at work and was expecting a rush.
I’ve never never been prompted to leave a review about anything before. I know customer service sucks, but there is a line. When a person is waiting over an hour for a cold cut sandwich to be delivered down the street (I don’t live or work that far from this location), and gets a rude response TWICE to a polite inquiry, there’s a problem.
