Gil Turner's Fine Wines & Spirits — Restaurant in West Hollywood

I ordered wine shipped to me from Gil's. The wine was delivered for Gil's by GLS courrier service. I received an email stating I must be home to sign for the delivery so I reorganized my work schedule to be home. GLS not only delivered it to my BACK door but did not get a signature (I was home).

I called Gil Turner's and told the manager that the service they hired did not comply with the law for signature, and delivered it to my back door.

The manager, "REDD," acted disinterested. He said, "What do you want me to do? GLS is like Fed Express... they don't care." He also added that he was busy and didn't have time to call them. I reminded him that I, too, was busy but thought Gil's should know their delivery service was subpar so I took the time to offer the feedback.

It's obvious Gil Turner's doesn't care about their customers' experience, nor does it care if the company they contracted with for delivery follows the law or delivers the parcel to a back door...
