Burger King — Restaurant in West Jordan

WORSE EXSPERANCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT BURGER KING IN MY LIFE!!!!! if I could give zero stars I would. Because of one encounter I have contacted the GM of this store and also the corporate office to submit a formal complaint. The lady at the drive up window was so rude and didn’t let me finish my order then when I got to the window I ordered something else and her and the manager begun to laugh saying you called it. EXCUSE ME ARE YOU A MANAGER?!!! apparently not.. then after I told the manager she was very rude he told me to pull up to the next spot then had the nerve to send her out for her to THROW MY FOOD AT ME. Then goes to the next car and said I hope you have a wonderful night if that isn’t fake ass customer service I don’t know what is. SOMEONE IS GOING TO NEED TO TELL ME WHY SHE HAS A JOB. If I don’t Receive a phone call from the DM with in 3 to 5 days I will be contacting again. If they employ people like HER OR HER MANAGER they will be going under soon enough. The team that was working tonight was not a well working team. Their service was incredibly slow .I waited an entire 50 minutes before I even received my food while dining in tonight to get my blood sugar up (I’m a diabetic)after getting off of work. And I was not the only one who had too wait. I understand if they are busy and it takes a little bit longer than expected or even if they have to start fresh but there was only one other order ahead of me. I had my baby with me and was too occupied with her and too embarrassed to go up there to say anything. The nice couple behind me had noticed and went up not once but twice to say something. Once they finally called my number which was number 2 the girl had a terrible attitude and didn’t seem to care or even apologize for the near hour wait. I’ve been coming to this specific location for almost two years and never had a situation as terrible as this any where I have ever been. I usually do not write reviews but, this one just got to me. I usually go in because the guy that runs the register is nice. Repeats the order. This time I went through the drive thru. My mistake because I repeated the order back to him. He said just pull forward. I had a bad feeling already. I say, ok, thank you. I pull up to the window. I get one bag and wait then hands me another bag and wait gives me the last bag. My kid is now crying. I don't check the last bag. Thinking these guys check but the drive thru guy just doesn't care apparently. Just one item is missing. I was hoping to feed my son. Long day already. Just me banging my head now because i need to make better decisions i can not count on fast food. He seems to hate his job. It happens, I get it. But I chose to go to burger King. Plenty of other restaurants to go to to spend money. Food was falling apart to. Just not a good place anymore. I'm sorry but my time is up never going back. I go there once every few months. ...
