If you expect a safe healthy meal and your drink with a straw and ice and not watered down then don't go here to this location especially if you experience a rotting prickle and you call to discuss it and the first thing out of your mouth is there really isn't anything you can do now but communicate and make sure this doesn't happen again and the person that answers instantly says what do you want us to do about it. Literally just said there isn't anything that can be done but educate and discuss with your team and the fact I live so close that my ice shouldnt have been "melted" per the driver it was due to heat. I got zero ice on a hot day because I am a 3 minute drive and I got the food within minutes of being left at my door.
Rotting pickles and poor preparation and disgusting customer service and excuses with no active listening.

Read moreJimmy johns always have the best service but not this one. The girl who took the young adult in front of me had zero customer service experience. When it was my turn to order. There was no hi or welcome to Jimmy johns like they always do. She immediately said, what can I get for you in a rude and annoyed way. She looked like she did not want to be at work. I told her I forgot my wallet and I said I’ll be right back. She immediately asked if I have Apple Pay when I already said I’ll be back. Her face looked unfriendly as if I was an inconvenience. I came back to finish my transaction and another team member helped me add my rewards number that the girl did not ask me if I was a member. He added it with no hesitation. And then the girl came back, and still looked annoyed. I asked her for her name and she mumbled, Alandra. I don’t know if that’s how you spell it but she doesn’t deserve to be working at Jimmy John’s. Poor customer service and I will not return to this location...
Read moreCame in here on Monday and there was a lady with glasses working the register. She had a very bad attitude when asked what came on a roast beef sandwich. After ordering my sandwich I paid in cash because that's all I had with me. She became even more irritated and slammed the cash drawer so hard the screen bounced forward. I overheard her talking to a coworker about me paying in cash while she washed her hands and started laughing. Very bad customer service from the beginning. I have paid at other jimmy john locations in cash and never gotten a bad experience. Other jimmy john employees who touch cash simply change gloves and don't have a bad attitude about it. I don't get how management support this kind of behavior. I'm paying with money I earn and don't need the attitude. Some advice for that employee if your scared about touching cash simply wear gloves or switch jobs. Don't take it out on a register who...
