Would prefer a zero star option. This was probably the worst experience for our family considering it's a fast food restaurant and the expectations were not high. We went in for dine in, were the only customers inside, and figure this will be nice, quick, and easy. We got the order placed, paid less than $30.00, and waited to get our cups. We waited, and waited. After awhile my husband kept politely trying to get the attention of the 2 women working there. He repeatedly said excuse me and they either would look at him and completely ignore him, look at him and say "ya ya hold on," or just 100% not even look up at all. Finally a male employee walks in and my husband explains that we know the food will take awhile but that we're just trying to get our cups for our drinks. So my husband and this male employee now both go behind the counter to get our drinks ourselves only for one of the female employees to FINALLY pay attention and apologize. Not sure if that male employee was the manager but maybe service would have been better if he was there earlier because it was only when he was there that they seemed to notice we needed something. The experience was so horrible that we no longer cared to wait for our food or ask for our money back and instead filled up one cup of drink from the broken drink machine and left. Again, our expectations are never high when it comes to fast food places but this was absolutely horrible! I wouldn't have wasted my time posting this review but I truly do not wish for anyone to have to experience what we...
Read moreMy experience is solely my opinion. I Choose Wendy's for lunch, couldn't dine in today so fast food it was. When it comes to fast food, I would say Wendy's seems to be fresher than then McDonald's, burger king or Carl's Jr.
Price (3.25) under $15 for a single person including the drink and side.
Nuggets (4.5) chicken nuggets was a light crispy & yummy but you only got 4 for the $2 a bit expensive. Bbq sauce is delicious & goes great with the nuggets.
Drive thru speed (4) could have been faster, but acceptable.
Service (3) server was simple, nothing extra.
Food (3.75 ) got a jr. hamburger đ all I can say is tiny... probably could eat 3. Chile looks to be in a smaller cup. If you're a 200lb man you might be hungry after a $15 meal. But overall the chile was delicious, but the crackers are different, not as good.
Parking (5 ) plenty of space
Location (5) busy state street
Drinks (5 ) lots of ice, plentiful of selections a plus.
Food temp: (3.75) would have liked it to be served hotter.

Read moreFive Stars Arenât Enough for Joe at Wendyâs!
Let me tell you something about Joeâhe doesnât just manage a Wendyâs, he commands a kingdom of crispy fries and burger bliss with the precision of a Michelin-star general and the charisma of a rockstar on tour.
From the moment you step through those Wendyâs doors, you feel it: The Joe Effect. The line moves faster. The Frosty machine sings sweeter. The nuggets taste like they were forged in a flavor forge deep beneath Flavor Mountain. Why? Because Joeâs there. Watching. Leading. Inspiring.
He remembers regularsâ orders like some sort of burger-savvy oracle. He boosts morale like a fast-food-fueled Ted Lasso. I once saw him juggle an upset customer, a drive-thru rush, and a new traineeâall while flipping a Baconator and still smiling. The man is a fast-food Jedi.
So if youâre hungry, go to Wendyâs. But if you want to experience greatness, go to Joeâs Wendyâs. Your stomach, your soul, and your taste buds will thank you.
Joe: not just a manager. A legend in a Wendyâs...
