This review is purely about the service I received on June 10th. The food was fine, however the reason I have felt compelled to leave a review is the horrible service at the hands of presumably the manager. It started when I was trying to redeem a coupon on the Arby’s app. I went to redeem it and it was coming up on my phone as having already been redeemed, which it had not been. He looked me straight in my face and said “I have no idea what that is.” Once I explained to him that I was on the official Arby’s app he just said “I have never heard of that” in a very rude tone, then offered no sort of help, so I had to order something different. You’re telling me that the manager of your restaurant has never heard of your own app? You’re saying that I was somehow offensive for trying to claim an offer to try something new at your restaurant? Is that not the entire point of your app? After he was rude to me he went on to be a jerk to my friend who went up to the counter after our meal to order an Apple turn over. “We still don’t have those,” he says. As if having to repeat himself to someone 15 mins after ordering that the item you have on display as a purchasable item was the biggest burden he has ever encountered working at a restaurant. Neither myself or any of my friends were rude, loud, or anything other than polite customers and here we have a smug, arrogant manager who is completely incapable of speaking to someone respectfully. We are the customers. You are there to serve us. We order the food respectfully and pay with our money, your job is to give that food to me without being rude for absolutely no reason. You have lost a long time customer of this location, for reasons that could have been prevented if someone had ever taken the time to teach this grown adult how to speak to other adults. I feel bad for the employees that have to work with someone as reactive and petty as this person must be on a...

We went to this location and decided to eat inside. We walked in, but there was nobody inside. The place was open, music was playing, lights were on, and food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. We waited a few minutes and even yelled to see if anyone was there and got no response. We waited a bit longer and noticed people waiting in the drive-thru began leaving. We got concerned that maybe someone in the back had a medical issue or something else so we called the police to see if they could come check. About 20 min later (still no sign of anyone inside) the police arrived and they walked through the kitchen and then opened the back door. That's when an employee walked in and tried to give us some bs explanation of the inside being closed and only the drive-thru being open, but that was clearly a lie because nobody was being served in the drive-thru. We saw at least 5 cars roll through and nobody in the kitchen making food or even taking orders. Meanwhile, all that food that was sitting out was stone cold by this time and the employee offered to make us food. We declined and left along with the police. We were glad that there wasn't a serious issue, but this Arby's location has major management problems. Who knows how long the place was left completely unattended (a half hour at minimum). Avoid!

Update: response to owner: I did fill out that form. Never heard back...

01/26/24 - I walked in and I was greeted by Andrew. Andrew made me feel welcomed. Andrew took the time to answer my questions.

I had a coupon for the smokehouse brisket. Andrew placed my order and read it back to me. I failed to ask for crinkle fries. When I got curly fries I apologized and asked for crinkle. Andrew had no problem changing them.

Andrew made sure to offer me ice and sauces. This is my first time in over year. There was a lady who kept smiling while helping others. Great attitude.

I ordered the brisket sandwich. I felt it could have had more meat. It was plain for the hype. I felt cheated for the value. The crinkle fries were not fresh. The manager had to scoop a few times for a small order.

Thanks to Andrew I may return. He is the reason they get a 5 🌟 The happy lady is also a part. I think you should look at your order to make sure you get what you want. I'm sure they won't mind...

Pretty disappointed that although this listing (confirmed by the business six days ago) says it’s open until midnight, when I stopped by at just after 10ᴘᴍ on a Monday all the entrances were locked (although there was an employee inside and I think probably the the drive-thru was still open). The sign on the door clearly stated that both drive-thru and dine-in were open until 12:00 midnight. Not sure what’s up with that but as this was the third place I’d tried and encountered the same thing at (the McDonald’s and Wendy’s just down the road had the same situation going on) I just gave up and went hungry. How hard is it to post correct hours, either on here or on the door of your actual building? Not very, I’d think. What’s up with this, Arby’s?

First time here and this is all what I got for $20. Plus a bug in my coke. The man there taking my order is rude. I had diarrhea and spent 3 hours in my bathroom after having this meal. Now I know why there’s nobody in the restaurant. Worst experience ever. ———————————————————————————— This is a follow up comment. I filed the claim through the link provided by the Arby’s reply below. There is no one to address the issue. The Arby’s reply is clearly automatic and useless.

The new 'wings' were terrible. Small, full of grissle, ice cold and a swimming pool of sauce. Sauce all over the container and inside the bag. Just awful. And in case you were wondering what $3.73 gets you... check out the picture of my mac and cheese... Update: attempted again and nothing has changed. Ordered chicken tenders and got three 2 oz pieces. $10 for 6 oz of food. This place needs some serious help.
