Starbucks — Restaurant in West Linn

Just back from 1 month of east coasting… I go to Starbucks EVERY day and let me sing the praises for my “hometown” store! Not a single Starbucks could slightly compare to “my” Starbucks! They ALL could take lessens from Michelle, Lexi, Misty and ALL the rest… the E.coast stores were messy to down right FILTY and unorganized! My flat whites were so inconsistent! The STAFF, omg… from the management (which was almost non existent) to the pride that the baristas have in their product here, to the FRIENDLINESS , ORGANIZATION and BETTER quality drinks there is NO COMPARISON!!!! I may miss the E. Coast but not the Starbucks there! So keep up the EXCELLENT work! Your store is what EVERY Starbucks should...

Starbucks may be a chain but different people work at different ones who provide the atmosphere and service of that individual store. I enjoy coming to this one because 1. They are consistent in having good Custumer service. 2. The response for when a custumer errors on ordering a drink or there own error on making a drink is good.(free drink , remake drink, comp drink or simply a sincere apology) I was having a epic failure of a day was on my phone horrible mood was completely rude to the employee and they still treated me with respect then an when i came in again as i am a regular. Lenee the “manager” Was the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She was yelling at my entire family and was also being extememely unprofessional towards her employees.
