I went in and ordered my sandwich. I usually get Dijon mustard on it at the same location and for some reason they kept saying they did not have it and never offered it. I explained to them that I had it before numerous times at this location so I just assume that maybe they ran out so I dropped the whole mustard thing, so I figure I’ll just get the sandwich without it. Well when I got my sandwich it was very dry. It was put together poorly. The meat was practically shredded and the staff were very rude. I had to repeat my order over like six times and then finally they had me come to the window and treated me as if something was wrong with me and if they just could not comprehend what I was saying. They brought the mustard thing up and I told them politely that I always get it at this location and I Waukesha. But it was fine the male worker proceeded to correct and somewhat in a condescending tone state that will Waukesha is a different location in a different franchise and we don’t have that again. Then he rushed away from the register while I was still ordering stuff like my cookie and stuff and I had to remind him like can you please add the cookie on then, he just passed me my sandwich and left me at the window without giving me my bank card back . The customer service is horrible and they need to hire better workers and I will never be eating...
Read moreAweful soggy food and horrible customer service!!!!! I order the veggie sub multiple times a wk. Going to different locations. I go to blue mound and hwy 100 a majority of the time. Where they are always consistent. Today I ordered a sub from this location a little before 8 pm. Not only did they raise their prices but they gave me the most disgusting sub. The cucumbers were limp and soggy. The tomatoes were mushy on the inside. I took two bite and could no longer eat this soggy disgusting sub. I'm 6 months pregnant with a one yr old son. They told me the only way I could get a refund was to come back to the store. I could not wait until the morning. I told them I would save the soggy sub and bring it tomorrow but I'm not having my son miss his bedtime for their poor quality. Apparently this is against policy. The worst customer service...the manager was snotty and rude!!!! When I told her I went to the blue mound location and paid less for the same meal yesterday she told me I was wrong and they are the cheapest franchise...how can you tell me such a lie. I go to the blue mound location multiple times a wk. I know how much I pay. Stay far far away from this location. Awful product and even worse customer service...their manager acted like a caty high...

The last 3times ordering there has been some issue with our delivery. The first two times was they took our address wrong, the Third was the sandwiches were made wrong. I have given up on calling because they clearly don't listen when you place your order over the phone. This last and final time I downloaded the jimmy johns app. I placed my order to be delivered at 4pm. I'll be honest,I expected to see it at 5 or 6pm,however the delivery driver was prompt. The receipt clearly states how I'd like my sandwich, the sandwich in the wrapper is wrong yet again. I paid cash. I called this location to see what they would do about it. They wanted to set my money aside and have me pick up my refund. This is one of the most absurd things I've heard in restaurant customer service.
