Clematis Pizza — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

So I had never been to this pizza place & stopped there today. I mentioned to the man that took my order that it was my 1st time and I hoped it would be good. He assured me it was the best. My order consisted of slice of cheese pizza & a coke. After I paid he pointed me to refrigerated beverage container & told me get my coke. When I went I noticed there was no regular coke or pepsi, just diet. I also looked at the sprite in there, diet also. So I tell the man that took my order and he said he would go in back & get some. He comes out,none back there There was bottled water in there but I am the odd person that does not like water so I asked for glass of tap water so I could just wash it down with one sip. Tell me they have no glasses. They tell me to get a bottle at which time I state since I only want a sip to wash down my pizza I do not feel like paying for a bottle of water. At this time an older man comes out and tells me to just take the water. So I grabbed a bottle out of refrigerator. At this time the first says “you need to pay for that” and starts screaming. They finally gave me a bottle of water which I took one sip of after done with pizza and went to leave. As I was leaving the rude younger man that rang up my order started yelling obscenities. So I guess it is my fault for not knowing they did not have any regular beverages in the back My experience is I was a district leader for a large restaurant chain before I retired Not sure how this place is staying in business. The man that took my order needs an anger management...

Came up on the new bright line Train from Fort Lauderdale for fun....Walked from train station to pizzarea for lunch to kill time before next train departed back to ft laud....this place only had one table with customers inside & 0 customers outside.....we purchased 2 slices and took them outside and sat down to eat real quick, not even 2 min at this table we were already half way thru our meal probably another 2 min we would've been out of there....except a server came outside and says we can't sit there that the tables were reserved for dine in guests only.....again there were not any people outside and barely and Inside....we said ok and were caught off guard....as we walked away she says "maybe if you had tipped me I would've let you sit there"...... how about if you didn't have such a horrible attitude and checked on us and we're more polite I would've felt obligated to as I'm in the service industry myself and know better....unfortunately now I tipped you $0! You get nothing!! You lost a customer!!! .....& next week when I Ride the train for fun with a bunch of friends and Co workers I will go out of my way to make sure none of them will spend a dime there and we shall eat else where....I went back inside establishment and was going to cause a scene....instead I quietly asked for the manager and let him know he needs to check his staffs attitude! What a horrible experience! I hope she was fired she does not belong in the Service hospitality industry!!!! I’m serious people fire this employee she’s ruining your...

I have personally worked there for almost two years. As a young female I would never wish for any young female to work here. When Boris worked there the food was amazing, He also treated me well and very appreciated of everything he has done to help me push forward in life! everyone else whom works there is very unprofessional the main cook never cooks the food all the way & it’s a shame. Customers come in and they wanna get what they pay for and it’s very unfortunate honestly. Very profound language, they make fun of quests to other coworkers when the guests are sitting & eating. Leaving and finding a better job was the best thing possible. The men who work there are not understandable nor are they professional. I suffer from a reading disability & am Dyslexic . Instead of helping me and becoming a team during work hours they make fun of me and just very rude and nasty towards me. Working there was very hostile every time I came In. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere else I’ve worked before. Feeling belittled, degraded, and made fun of. Made horrible tips after Boris left as well because every meal that was brought out from the kitchen they wouldn’t eat because it just wasn’t good. The owner doesn’t care about creating a healthy work environment or makes you feel understood or heard. It’s unfortunate but sometimes things are what they are. When they pray on woman and say sexual joke after sexual comment... it gets very uncomfortable. ... and the owner does nothing about it,...
