This store has absolutely 0 confidence in what they do. The first time I went here to mail an item, the person working didn’t even acknowledge me. He literally just stood there and stared at me until I informed him of what I needed help with. Did not utter a single word during the entire interaction, just stared at me blankly the entire time. Not sure if he was high or just mentally undeveloped but I did not feel like my items were in good hands at all. I went back there again today to ship 2 items and had a similar experience. The worker spoke to me this time, but he was either high or just had no clue what he was doing. He spent at least 5 minutes trying to figure out how to put my items in a bubble mailer. He had no idea what size I needed and basically just had me go back and forth picking out different ones until he could manage to fit it in. Read moreThe worst UPS location I’ve ever been to, I walked into the store and being the only customer inside they acted like I was a Ghost! I asked if I can get help and the guy says he’s busy so I turn to the other female worker and she blows me off and points to the guy and says he’ll help you… they didn’t even ask what I needed.. I stood there for 5 minutes while my Uber waited outside with Zero Help. I’ve never returned a package before so I didn’t know if I needed a receipt or anything so I waited.. in fear that my Uber would abandon me, I spoke up and said is anyone going to help me!? That’s when the female worker decided to finally log into her own computer and FINALLY do her job! Ridiculous! Turns out I didn’t even need a receipt or anything because I took care of it with Amazon. But if they’d had just acknowledge me instead of making me stand there in awkward silence like a ghost then I’d of been on my way forever ago...
Read moreReturning a package to Amazon, the original plastic envelop was a little ripped off on a corner and I had the returning label in my hand. I requested help to Henry the employee at the store. The wrapping tape was right in front of us and he could attach the returning label to the original box and add some tape to reenforce the corner or put my box in a transparent plastic bag while I pointed out his collegue who was giving a plastic bag to another customer.. Henry said NO to both solutions and said I had to buy a box for almost $9 (just the box) plus the wrapping tape.. I had a box in my car and regular tape, went back to the store and asked him again if now he can use the tape to reinforce the box and attach the label. He said NO. That he is not allowed to use for that purpose... you can tell when someone is not glad to be helpful....
