Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in West Sacramento

LISTEN!!!! THIS LOCATION IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY LOCATIONS!!!! I hate to say that I have a rebel addiction ok! So I have been to many locations to surpress my cravings 😩 I LOVE this location. HANDS DOWN THE BEST!! Let’s talk about how welcoming and friendly the workers are! I love every single person I have come in contact with. Everyone makes me feel welcomed and make it a point to remember orders and get to know me as an individual not just a customer. The atmosphere and music 10/10 and the drinks are ALWAYS perfect!!! I frequent a blended rebel extra think and this is the ONLY LOCATION that makes my drink extra thick without it tasting like I spent money I wasn’t supposed to be spending on a cup of blended ice! (All other locations my drinks taste like ice) AND!!!!!! THEY ARE FAST!!! They get me in and out with a prefect drink every time. I want to work at this location because I love it so much....

My partner and I came near 7:15 PM on September 15 to redeem my birthday reward. The worker who took our order was professional and made sure that our order was correct. However, the quality of service drastically dropped when we pulled up to the window.

We were greeted by a woman with blonde hair who refused to speak with us. My partner and I kindly tried to get her attention by repeatedly asking, “Excuse me,” hoping to double-check our order because she had mentioned the wrong drink. So when we tried to clarify, my partner waved his hand to get her attention when another worker on the line looked at us. Clearly, they could hear and see us.

When the blonde woman handed us our drinks, we were stunned after being ignored for a few minutes. The window was wide open as we were waiting for our drinks. Overall a disappointing and belittling experience, and she should be reprimanded for her awful...

Dutch Bros Coffee in the IKEA shopping center is always a madhouse. The line is always out the door, and the drive-thru is backed up for blocks. But you know what? It's worth it.

The workers at Dutch Bros are amazing. They're always so friendly and cheerful, even when they're swamped. And they always get your drinks out super fast. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my coffee, even when the line is long.

My favorite thing about Dutch Bros is the variety of drinks they offer. You can get anything from a basic cup of coffee to a crazy blended drink with all sorts of flavors. And they're all delicious.

So if you're ever in the IKEA shopping center and you need a caffeine fix, be sure to stop by Dutch Bros. It's worth the wait.
