Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Sacramento

Unfortunately my experience with this Taco Bell location in particular has been terrible I’m never one to complain but there has been several instances with this particular location where food items were missing and I had to come back and pick them up. But with the new app that we are now using we only get certain food menu items by like their steak Quesa Rito. Unfortunately I had to per Tina the manager download and delete my app on my phone and reset my phone a couple of times for the app to even work which I explained to Tina that The App was not still not working.( the app is down (it happens) I asked Tina if she could accommodate me in a time like this where the app is not working if she could bring up the individual items to make up the steak Quesa Rito and let her cooks know to make it Into the steak Quesa Rito since the app is not working but could still accommodate the guest especially since I was calling ahead of time to not trouble any other guests in the line or at the counter. The manager Tina informed me that she was not willing to bring up the items individually and let her cooks know to make up the menu item since the app was down. I asked her (Tina) how can she can consider that good customer service if a customer is calling politely letting her know that the app is down but if I called ahead of time to not only accommodate the crew but the customers by calling ahead of time so they could make the menu item in question? She replied with that’s just not something that she was willing to do?!??!!! My husband and I drove to our nearest Taco Bell location. The address is 776 IKEA Court in West Sacramento, CA 95605 store number 028753. The drive-through was completely dark; appeared closed. We waited an unusual long time for someone to take our order. The drive-through was empty. We ordered 2 chicken crispy tacos, two bean burritos with extra sauce and extra cheese, side of refried beans, side of chips & cheese, 3 beef crunchy tacos, 2 avocado salsa packets; rounded up for the donation. The total: $28.00. The 1st crispy chicken taco was burnt; paper melted onto the taco shell which made the taco inedible. The 2nd crispy chicken taco: cheese melted onto the paper; tacos, refried beans, nacho cheese sauce looked as though they were sitting around for a while. The beef in beef crunchy tacos was burnt; had a weird taste like I was sitting out all day away. So we had to throw those tacos away as well. The worker took my order and at the window refused to let me pay for my order. The worker put us on hold, and later on wouldn’t respond for a couple minutes, so i asked “can i take my order yet?” Politely referring to if they’re ready yet to take my order. Then she said sure. After i ordered she told us the total and told us to pull up to the first window. So we did, while i was handing my phone to tap pay for the order and another worker came up and said “oh you looked like the girls that ordered rn, nvm you guys just look alike, or i must’ve confused you with them. she walked away for a second then came back and said but that was actually very rude of you the way you said “can i take my order yet” that was so rude.
