McDonald's — Restaurant in West Sacramento

When I went it wasn't too crowded it was a nice out the cashier who helped me was super nice and he took my order perfectly great atmosphere. Maybe they were having a bad day but I won't go back to this one. Only because when I went it wasn't that busy. I did expect a little lunch rush because I did go during lunch hour. I must have just missed it because the dining hall was a complete mess I have to literally search every table to find a place to sit. After I ordered my food, I got my food and I sat down after I found a decent table. For it not to be busy my food came out lukewarm. My fries were cold so I had to send them back and get some fresh ones they comply not too happily but they comply. My double cheeseburger was hot for my fries not to be the same as my burger was disappointing since I normally go to McDonald's for the Fry's. Speaking of fries, my first batch of fries had no salt and was cold but my second batch of fries was hot and no salt. Maybe I just went to a saltless fry McDonald's like they considered high blood pressure but I miss my salt. I won't say don't go to this McDonald's because like I said their burgers were good but Fries was not. Not my favorite McDonald's spot y'all can go ahead and go if y'all want to. Sorry y'all no pictures this time I must have went in on a bad day short-staffed I don't know. they lobby was nasty I didn't check out the bathroom it might a match the lobby I don't know trash was overflowing ketchup was on the tables and floors fries...

My husband and I came in and waited for a few minutes because no one was taking our order, so we approached the counter where they were cooking. Couldn’t get anyones attention, the managers face was deep into her phone and her back to us. Finally she looks up and says, “yes?” with an attitude.. my husband says, “Um.. we would like to buy something..” she rolls her eyes and sends someone over to help us. The girl didn’t know how to substitute my McFlurry for my drink so my husband ends up paying full price for everything. Didn’t get the drink, sauces or fries that we paid for. Only nuggets. We bring everything back and the manager has a big attitude the whole time, speaking in Spanish I hear her call us/ me a “b**” she gives us burnt fries and still rolling her eyes. I don’t know what her problem is, I’m really trying to be patient with her. She tries to argue with us about the drink, so I just tell her to give me a refund and that’s an issue.. she has to confirm with the cashier about how we paid and is speaking in Spanish, rolling her eyes and laughing. Absolutely lousy service, will never come to this...

Going through the drive thru. They said have a good day, like they completed my order. I drove off and my daughter says "mom, my coffee!" So as I'm driving to park, she checks our order, her big breakfast was correct, but STUFFED in a small bag was my order. She pulls out the 1st wrapper, it was wrong. The 2nd was correct. But had her check inside the 1st one JUST to be sure. Nope totally wrong sandwich. I go in, and tell them that now I want 2 freshly made correct sandwiches. Instead of throwing them away, like they should have, they used my incorrect sandwiches for other orders that were later ordered. I thought she was going to try and sneak the old one back to me, but she flat out told me that they were being used in other orders. Also, I watched them being handed out. I find that absolutely disgusting!! Once a sandwich has left the kitchen and been returned, you DON'T know what has happened to that food item. This was a manager that did this too. She's been there for MANY years....
