Famous Footwear — Local services in West Valley City

This is by far the worst Famous foot wear store that I've been too, I came to this location today Thursday October 5th at 7pm,there were 2 ladies working at this time and they were very rude, they were always faking fixing boxes and giving us dirty looks, I came in with my 2 boys, my daughter and my wife to get shoes for my all of us but they were just checking up on us to the point that when we were walking to a mirror to see how they looked on us one of them told us, "are you taking those? Because if you are you need to take the box too" in a very rude tone. I don't want to say they are racist but they sure acted like they were, stereotyping us and giving us dirty looks. I just want to say that if they don't like their job they should just look for something "better" where they can only deal with the type of people they think they can handle. I can assure you that we are not the only people that felt this way, there was also another lady that was being followed l, she was Hispanic and because these women were so obvious the lady just left. I hope this gets to the store manager or corporate so that they can give a better customer service training to these people or at least tell them what the expectation is, at the end we ended up going to big five where we all got a better deal and much better customer service. I really hope they do something to remedy this or I'm sure this store will break since 80% of the population that comes in the mall is hispanic. They just lost...

So get this, I came in this past Thursday and saw these air max nikes, there was only 1 box left, size 7. I can fit a 7 but my daughter who I wanted them for, they were too big. I asked if they had any others, they replied - what’s on the shelf is all we have. I took the 7. Went home and showed my daughter and told her l, they have other colors. We went back Friday after school so she could pick another color but found the ones I asked for the day before…. And in her size. 😳🙄🙄🙄 The workers here are so clueless and are not helpful at all. The only thing they do right, is welcome when you walk in the door. The shelves aren’t kept up with. The staff shouted their welcome to us as we walked on. As if they were Pavlov's dogs. They didn't even speak to myself or my wife when we got close.
