Jan 15th at 6:17 pm placed a phone order for a 70 dollar bill 40 dollars of that was on gift cards. We went in to the lobby for pick up at 6:20 pm. We checked into the cashier and gave her the name on the order she told us it will be ready shortly. We waited until 6:50 then asked what was going on. They completely forgot we was there and didnโt have the order ready. By 7:08 they started to ring us up the nice manager give us 12 dollars off for the inconvenience. Marking the total come to 58 dollars โฆ 40 dollars of gift cards took it down to 11 dollars and change with the tax difference being less. We got home to begin to have dinner with cold noodles ( will add that the meat balls was way yummy ) we was notified by a text alert that possible fraudulent charges was applied to the debit card used for the transaction. We looked at there was duplicates charges ran from the west valley noodles and company cashier. Total came to $36.56 then another 36.56 then another 36.56 plus 30.09 plus 11.15 Coming to a total of $150.92 For something that should have cost 11.15 That 11.15 is what was on the receipt but the bank statement shows the 150.92 combined total
We politely called to speak to a manager they transferred us to 3 different shift leads giving us the run around and not helping us telling us that itโs our fault and that the bank will just hold on to it for 3 to 5 businesses days
We asked to speak to jasmine the branch manager she told us she would call us in 10 mins She never called we was told Sam (store manager would call us in 5 mins Then sorry Sammโs busy but will call us in 15 mins
Itโs 845 pm by this point of the run around We emailed bank statements to the managers who said they see it according to the 3 shift leads who passed the phone around giving us complete run around. By 8:56 pm the last shift lead got attitude and ended the call with no help no reassurance
Nearly $150.92 and 3 hours of our time wasted for a $11.15 total
I get it they staff us under staffed and stressed Itโs actually not even the staff working on site that bothers me itโs the fact that jasmine or Sam didnโt have the respect or even professionalism to speak with us or even sent a small email saying they see it and will work on it That level of professionalism is vary vary low Let alone after telling us they will call us in a few mins โ I do have the full 40 min conversation recorded โ
Also I might add that the staff working there might want to learn to use the mute button because we had heard everything she was telling not only jasmine but also Sam
Part of that was actually not vary professional I wonโt mention or repeat the things we hard listened to when we was on hold
I get that mistakes happen I donโt get the level of or lack of professionalism in this work place. Vary unorganized vary untrained
Once again $150.92 charged to an account that was supposed to be 11.15

I went on my lunch break today to pick up food that I had ordered online. I was using a coupon and brought it in with me to pay. My total seemed weird so I asked for my receipt. I checked it and found that I was double charged for something. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she got her manager and I asked her about it and explained what happened. The manager lied to me and made up some bogus reason for the double charge. Because I was on lunch, I just let it go and tried to forget about the 4 extra dollars I was charged. So, I get back to work and get out my food. I had ordered one of their new Mac and cheese dishes that was supposed to have crumbled meatballs and bacon. Well, I open my food and there were no meatballs. So, I was double charged for something and then didn't even get what I was suppose to pay for.
Long story short, I'm done with this place and will not be coming back. I'll go to one of the other 20 surrounding restaurants who are honest and can actually give the customer what they pay for.

We ordered our food and searched for a table for two but all the tables were covered in dishes. Clearly no one had bused the dinning area in some time since we weren't even there during the dinner rush. That started off the horrible experience we had. I ordered the Curry Buff Bowl which they brought out without the main ingredient - Spinach. The cook took it back and threw a small wilted handful on top and made me feel like a jerk for asking. After I started eating I realized that they didnt add my grilled chicken to it. So I came back up and asked for chicken. I got three blank stares the cashier finally said she'd bring me some soon. When she brought out my "chicken" it was a bowl of shredded pork. Wow. And if it wasnt bad enough, the cashier got mad that I didn't accept the pork. This location is the worst Noodles and Company.
