McDonald's — Restaurant in West Virginia

Wow! This place needs new new hires. I think there was one guy who actually had a clue and the rest were just a bunch of kids who had no work ethic and no common sense. The number of times the trainer had to tell the girl at the register that a drink comes with a meal is astonishing to me. Of course, you won't get that cup without an exasperated sigh and a half-hearted mumbled "Sorry." I assume mom and dad always ordered what the princess wanted and at no point did she take into account that the drink cups didn't magically appear from them. Trying to explain the deals on the app to her was like walking an infant through brain surgery. I very clearly asked if I could use a b1g1 medium fry deal with the purchase of a meal. She said yes. I probably should have known better that she would have no clue, but she gave me the answer I wanted, so I just went with it. I also ended up with 3 orders of fries. Fail. Also, she couldn't find the Bacon signature sandwich, so I settled for something else. Lastly, I heard the trainer trying to explain the McCafe machine and at some point he said "Just put you finger nail in it." That one made me nauseous. So glad that wasn't my drink. To sum up, this place needs help. Lots of it. Good luck to anyone who attempts to eat here. May the odds be ever...

One out of the past 8 times I have ordered a lrg sweet tea it was actually sweet one time! I had to wait 20 min.s while they made actual sweet tea.... 🤔😕 I do not order any kind of hamburger there any more. The meat does not taste or look like HAMBURGER. The only thing I stop for is Iced tea or hotcakes and our McDonalds can't even get Iced tea right. Sad and aggravated customer here! Oh! Don't order the coffee! It's soo strong it will curl your toes backwards!!!!!! UPDATE!!! 2022 Stopped last night at 10:30pm. I waited for at least 15min.s to b addressed at the drive-thru. They did not take me in order of drive up. Then again waited 8 min.s for the line jumper to gab and pay. Yes! I timed it. A little aggravated by this time... Finally pull up to get my 2 sweet teas. I get told they didn't have any. Got my money back and left. I don't eat there anymore especially the hamburger. It simply does not taste like hamburger. I don't know what...

The manager should be fired. I ordered from the kiosk. They called my number (which I didn’t know because the kiosk was out of paper). The happy meal was missing and the guy said it’s coming. Then who I think was the manager just threw it on the counter. We went to get our drinks and the Dr Pepper and sprite were out. I went to ask if the fountain drinks were available in the back and she tried to get a Dr Pepper. Well it was out too. I then asked for sprite but it was out as well. She then replied, “ I don’t have time to deal with this, I knew I shouldn’t have come out of the office.” Then she just continued to ignore me and put other orders together. Really?? Even the employee working the register said, “well you shouldn’t be a manager then!” Also checked the food and got the wrong happy meal. Good thing I don’t live here because this was...
