McDonald's — Restaurant in West Virginia

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Nearly every single time I order from this place, the food is cold. I have gotten cheeseburgers and breakfast sandwiches with cold pieces of cheese on them. My coworker and I grabbed our lunch from there tonight and might as well have just thrown our money in the trash. Our fries were cold, stale and completely inedible. Our burgers were haphazardly thrown together. The cheese on my burger was cold, not even appearing to have ever been warm enough to even look like it may have been melted on a hot burger and was hard on the edges as if it hadn't been stored properly. My burger patties were also cold. The bun was stale. This was one of the worst quality of food orders, I have ever gotten. We weren't able to go back to get the order replaced, because we only had a limited amount of time for lunch. I tried to call to speak to someone, and after 10 rings, I hung up. The day that I went it was disgustingly dirty and unorganized. It was 656pm, I chose to go inside because both drive thru lanes were long. There was clutter of dirty tools and Mcflurry crumbs all over one counter. Their drive thru lanes were long and yet somehow I received lukewarm, some dry some soggy fries. Went to get my drink and one drink station was out of order, the other had splashes of cola all over it and the orange hi c was water. Went for sweet tea instead and found it to be without a lid in its storage container, almost empty, black specs in it and the ticket date on it off when it was placed there was 11am. I'm told their tea isn't fresh brewed so the black specs couldn't have been tea grounds. Lastly the drain area in the leak tray was slimy, black and disgusting looking. No way it got that gross in one day. I wrote corporate and they gave my info to the local franchise owner who left message to call him but so far I've left messages and no return call. I think it's good to go into McDonald's every now and then to see how clean it...

Place was filthy and crowded, people were walking out due to nobody taking their orders. Managers yelling about food and something about times, drama with employees, arguing. Asked manager what was taking so long, was ignored and someone else was unhappy manager told them to “leave the restaurant please” everything was being handled poorly. One employee was sent home while people were waiting for their food. Talked to the gentleman that was i guess let go, he politely explained the problem and apologized. I counted six employees, four of them were standing up front waiting “for food” i guess nobody was preparing the food for whatever reason. Whole place was just crap shoot. I waited over 10 MINUTES for food which is ridiculous, someone else was waiting over 20 minutes just for nuggets. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper.
