Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Whiteland Township

I just came through the drive through to get breakfast and was rushed when my order was taken from the drive through attendant. I told the drive thru person that I had a reward for a wake up wrap he scanned my reward and the reward didn’t come off. He was very rude and short and didn’t help me with my problem because he said there was people behind me. Thats not great customer service as I’ve come to this location multiple times and received horrible service. The people here rush you to take your order and are very rude. The customer service at this location his horrible. My need was not met I was dismissed and told to come into the store because I was holding up the line. Location - spot on Gas station - gas Prices mostly cheaper than near by stations Cleanliness - clean and well maintained. Service Speed - quick as possible based on crowd. Mostly at some hours , you will be in queue for drive through. Access : convenient for drive through than in store order. Limited parking space for about 10 cars excluding space on pumps. Convenience store: staff at pos are sometime don’t bother to ask whether you are waiting for convenience store order or coffee order. Food taste: Mostly aligned with other store near by Friendliness : it’s hit or miss , sometime you feel you are served well and sometimes it seems like not. Well, they keep bugging me insisting that I visited Dunkin Donuts over 6 months ago, and are repeatedly asking me for review. I can unequivocally say that I did not visit Dunkin Donuts. What is very possible is what I visited a business next door to a Dunkin Donuts. Since I had no Dunkin Donuts or coffee, or anything else they serve there, I cannot give a review, but I can also say nothing negative in all fairness.
