I came here awhile back with my daughter, and I am typically not the type of person to leave reviews. I noticed the employees in the back (older gentlemen) were glazing donuts without any gloves on. Coming from someone who works in the food industry, food is to not be handled without gloves after they are cooked. I also noticed that the donuts weren't neat when looking at them. They had stuff on them from other donuts from different flavors. I tried the rice hotdog and it was mediocre, I'm not sure if the cheese leaked out, but there was a part where there was very little cheese at the top. I do have to give it to them for their customer service, the girl that served me was polite and sweet. She gave us a warm welcome when we came in, and thanked us when we were leaving. She was especially kind to my daughter and helped her pick out what she wanted to drink when she couldn't decide. She helped us out with a big smile on her face and this should be the standard...

I felt scammed of $19… I ordered half mozz & hotdog Korean dog as well as a hot Cheeto only mozz, and a brown sugar boba which they had said they were out of the can cups… this is the cup they served for my boba and I finished it while waiting on my food. Maybe it’s my fault for not asking what the cup was going to be but definitely wasn’t expecting a red solo cup and I couldn’t even take it to go. Not worth the $19 I spent. Included a picture of the can because it seems you get way more and that’s what I paid to get, the amount. Whether in the original cup or not. I would’ve given a perfect score cuz the food (mochinuts) are so freaking delicious. But does anyone notice that it smells like a nail salon, like heavy chemical nail polish remover smell? I see people sitting and eating sometimes and I can only stand to quickly get my food and go. I still love the food and the staff are very friendly, but I don’t go as often (I’m obsessed with the yumminess) cuz the smell from the next door nail salon is seeping through or something. Maybe the workers are just use to it. I just grab my food and go quickly, and sometimes I don’t go in cuz its a bit strong, hopefully they’ll fix soon cuz I would...
