Penny's Place — Restaurant in Westmont

Those of us who choose to gamble know that it takes up a little more time than expected as it is obviously an addicting habit, therefore plan our time and schedule around opening times and closing times so we can get in our fun before we have to take care of other responsibilities in our life. Quite disappointing and very bad business to have hours of operation not only posted on your website but also on your front door at your business store front that are inaccurate! Whether it's a business decision to open later or possibly just a lazy employee that can't seem to get to work on time, do us all a favor and change the posted hours of operation if you're not going to adhere to them. I'm sure I'm not the only client that would probably dump $200 to $400 in your place of business at a time if your business was handled better and you had great customer service in place as well. BUT...... INSTEAD, YOU CHOOSE TO PISS PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF OFF ENOUGH TO PROBABLY NEVER USE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AS WELL AS TELL ALL OF MY GAMBLING BUDDIES TO NEVER USE YOUR PLACE BECAUSE YOU HAVE...

Who owns this place? You don't have the right to keep a customer out of your business just because someone starts a rumour. Much less if this person spends not $1 on your business but $1,000 to $2,000 in one day. I would like to know what the village of westmont thinks about this, plus you do not sell any food at all. You only pretend to sell it and do not worry that we will not return to your business not because you do not want to but because we will not return to a dirty business that smells of urine and does not clean.
