Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Weston

The absolute worst Chili's within a 10 mile radius!! I've consistently had horrible experiences at this place!

Poor greeting, if any. Water took almost 5 minutes to come out and they got it wrong by putting lemon after specifically asking for it without. And they also forgot the Dr Pepper 4 times. Queso and chips took 21 minutes and was less than half full of queso, then our entree came out exactly 3 minutes later leaving no time to enjoy the appetizer. Speaking of entree, it was also WRONG!!! 😵 The final straw was the disgusting fork I had for my steak, pictured below.

We asked to speak with a manager and told him everything about our experience, his excuses were "we had a call out, for greeter." Great but that doesn't explain the eye contact I made with 3 people before someone even acknowledged us. He also said the server was new and was sorry for the mix-up on the order of food and drinks. I showed the fork and he didn't even react to that. He proceeded to tell me he will comp us the appetizer $3 😒, and he wanted to take one entree back and remove the pico that was not supposed to be on there. He said he could not comp an entire meal but he can only comp the appetizer. We gladly got up and left the location and went to another Chili's where they actually have...

This is the worst Chillis i've ever been!! Came here twice and I will never come back! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! The second time I came, I walked in and no host, we sat at the bar. I ask the bartender if he would take the order , he didn't look happy to serve us, he was distracted taking pictures and messing around with a group of people that were his friends or looked like his family. The food wasnt bad, the service was HORRIBLEEEEE!! I asked for the 2 for 1 margarita, he didnt even noticed when my glass was empty, to ask for my second drink and a beer for my bf we literally had to do hand gestures to get his attention, he again wasnt very happy to be called. The manager did not give a crap what his staff was doing because he was on the phone and also messing around with the group. Did not leave a tip because with the service I got i felt like leaving and eating somewhere else. Again, this is the worst Chillis I've ever been! I'll never come back to this place ever again!! They should hire a professional staff, not a bunch of kids that think they are at their lunch time! Mcdonalds have better service...

The food is pretty good. The service was okay. Average. Atmosphere was okay. Average. Atmosphere pretty good. Not to cold . Reasonably clean .My objection is the policy of requesting/suggesting customers pay Tips on top of 7%state tax.I find it an unethical practice to not disclose to their customers what they are doing. In order to increase their servers wages and make the customer pay for it, Chilis totals the bill with the tax and then prints suggested tipping on the bottom of the receipt on the after taxes total. Most customers would trust that this suggested amount is fair and accurate on the food total. But it is price gouging. This is a corporate wide policy and it amounts to many thousands of dollars that customers are unwittingly paying.
