I came to place an order to-go. I was kind and knowing exactly what we wanted, tried to make the ordering process as smooth as possible. When I arrived I was the only customer in line, and only a few customers later followed behind. Quickly into my order, a female took over and was immediately rude and intimidating. She was rushing me and only giving tiny proportions of each item. For example I only got a few pinto beans and asked for more, frustrating her. And later was given a few shreds of cheese, and I again asked for more, causing her to become even more rude and frustrated. By the time I was at the register and paying, I was shaking in discomfort and flabbergasted by the void of customer service and instead rude and disrespectful behavior. After paying I asked to speak to a manager, in which a young gentlemen quickly responded. In shaking and fighting off tears, I expressed my dissatisfaction and concerns regarding the blatantly rude and intimidating behavior exhibited by the female employee. At that time the female employee raised her voice and began arguing with me, expressing that she has lots to do and I was wasting her time. As the female employee continued to argue with me, the gentlemen repeatedly asked her to leave, in which she finally walked away. Although I was shaking and fighting off tears, and insisted I already paid, he insisted I hadn’t and made me pay again to receive my food. I was confused and hurt, and paid again, as he assured me she cancelled the order.
After arriving home, nearly 25 minutes away, I saw the receipt for the original order at the bottom of the bag. I immediately checked my bank to learn that I was charged $38.81 and $37.73. We tried to call the store many times, but it only rang and no one ever picked up. My husband tried to get a refund online, but the bot was little help as it looked as if we in fact made two separate purchases.
After driving back to Chipotle, I went in with both receipts and my bank statement pulled up, and asked to speak with a manager. At that time Trinity helped me, yet the other two gathered behind, at the register. Trinity insisted that I was NOT charged twice, but instead just got two receipts. I showed her both receipts with different amounts and my bank information on my phone. She still believed I hadn’t overpaid but would look in their system to confirm such. Of course in looking, she saw that I was in fact charged twice and she asked for me to insert my card to refund the smaller of the two amounts. I asked for their names, and was told I would only get Trinity’s name. Furthermore, I shared the great inconvenience and waste of my time this all was, due to a situation that could have entirely been prevented, and the irony, as I, the paying customer, was the one initially treated as an inconvenience and accused of wasting the...
Read more041925 the kung pao and the mushroom chicken were on point, so it was a good day at the local Panda Express. My only concern today was that when the fried rice was refreshed, the old was added to the news as usual. But, the old had become stuck to the bottom of the pan and the woman adding the old to the new scraped that hard rice into the new tender rice. I had her get mine far from the side of the pan where all of that was going on.
040425 Hello. I have been buying a bowl with double meat and a kid's chicken quesadilla meal at area Chipotle stores faithfully. I scan the app before I pay, but my reward balance hasn't changed in about 2 or 3 months. The last change was from a use that left me with 923 points. I updated the app when told to but my points are still at 923 and I haven't gotten any reward QR codes either. Can I show my purchase history from my credit card to get me close to being whole, please?
101223 My food is too salty. I never had this problem with Chipotle before.
091423 If I get here close to 10 p.m. and there are no vegetables, I understand that. But why is it that I get here at 12:15pm and there are no vegetables on either counter? When they can tell me that there are none, that means they knew and didn't prepare any for the lunch break. I told them I will wait for the vegetables but when they got ready, I wasn't told. So, I got in line again. Then, an alert server called me to the front of the line and fixed my order! All is right with the world again!
112822 I like Chipotle. But, they are starting to get on my nerves! So, it used to be that the grill vegetables costs extra with the bowl. Now, the veggies come with the bowl but the tortilla costs extra!
I'm not sure what is going on, but they need to be careful that they treat everybody the same. Groups of guys who look like they work construction in the area came in, they were not charged extra for their tortillas. I sat and watched and listened to see if anyone was charged extra, the extra charge was not announced as their bowls were prepared the way they did me. I give the benefit of the doubt here; maybe those guys who look like they come in all the time know about the up charge. It certainly does make me feel different when so many others got bowls and their tortillas in foil, but weren't told it would cost them...
Read moreFirst, I’d like to say that I am an avid fan of chipotle. I frequent chipotle and it is my go to for quality and fresh ingredients. My visit to this location had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I chose to dine in with my kids and upon entering, I noticed all the tables were dirty. I assumed since I was the only one walking in, the trio of employees would be prompted to possibly clean a table. I continued to order a smoked brisket bowl, as this was something I’ve been wanting to try and as the employee scooped juice and crumbs I questioned him, if this was the Brisket. It looked nothing like the brisket I had seen before and he said “yes, that’s the brisket, they just brought it out”. As a frequent chipotle customer, I know this wasn’t the case but the employees looked at me like I was unreasonable for asking. I continued to order a burrito as I was there with my family and we were all hungry and anxious to get our chipotle. I proceeded to order my other meals, and finished with ordering chips and guac. Once I got to my table, I opened the guac and the guac was the brownest I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t fathom accepting low quality food and on top Of that sitting with my family in a table surrounded by filth. I had to clean off a table jut so I could eat with my kids. Also, after knowing the guac was old, I went to the counter and asked for a refund for my guac and I brought up the fact that I couldn’t believe they thought the guac they were serving was acceptable for their customers. They told me it was “fresh” much like they told me the brisket was just taken out. I was extremely disappointed in the representation this location gave Chipotle. I received a refund for my guac when I brought it back for a quality issue, but even at that point I was met with a return for only the guac when I was charged for guac and chips. The entire establishment had a quality control issue, while the employees stood around while one employee was cooking the chicken and ringing the register. There was trash on the drinking areas, food on the floor. This issue is in immediate need of attention as I can’t be the only one that is now questioning my loyalty...
