If I could give a no star rating I would. Show up to the drive-thru give my promo code. It was for a Whopper for $3 so I also wanted another Whopper so two total. So far it makes sense right not so hard. So we asked for both of our Whoppers with no onion and on just one no pickle or ketchup. Okay you still keeping up not so hard right I mean my 9-year-old grandson could probably handle this. So after repeating myself three times about how I wanted it adjusted this manager asked me for my promo code again. Okay no big deal I gave it to him again then I had to repeat how I wanted my Whoppers again. Go to eat my sandwiches in the car and they're totally wrong both of them have onion on it they both have cheese on it never asks for cheese. So I go inside and explain that my sandwich is wrong. I also brought to the manager's attention that the promo code never took off my $3. He could not add up the receipt the figure out if I've been overcharged or not or if that was taken off. He kept telling me he didn't know I had asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. He was arguing with me telling me that the promo code went through and I'm telling him to add the receipt of and it's full price. Here's the kicker the chick in the kitchen said oh I'll fix your sandwich oh what was it she says was it a Whopper with no onion and another Whopper with no onion ketchup and pickles and I said yes. So I have to she's fixing the sandwiches I'm still arguing with the manager about the money, the sandwich makers telling me okay here's your Whopper with onion cheese and no mayo. Well yeah at that point my voice got louder. We just need two Whoppers with no onion and one with no pickle and ketchup. Wow this lady snapped at me while I didn't know she says and I yelled back and said I just stood here two seconds ago and told you how we wanted our sandwich and you still got it wrong. Seriously is this manager even capable of running up everything? Is it capable of doing anything and you got this guy running your Burger King. This has got to be the worst by far experience I have ever had at Burger King. The level of stupidity is unbearable. I asked for a refund I wanted my money back and you manage your called me stupid. Told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Maybe it was because I called him a rocket scientist? The Bimbo in the back yeah your future looks bright you better get shades. This all took place on April 3rd Wednesday around 3:00 p.m. The way they spoke to me and my husband the sandwich maker and the manager...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I really would. We went 3 weeks ago, it was supposed to be a quick stop on the way to an event. We had to reverse twice before even getting a chance to order because customers were leaving. They were out of soft drinks, only water and icee was available. So we ordered 2 whopper Jr.s with extra mayo and pickle, a bottled water and an icee. From start to finish it took 6 minutes to get our order and be on our way. There was only 1 car in front of us after the 2 backed out when told there was no soda. I was given a small icee. I didn't specify a size and they didn't ask. You'd think for the inconvenience I'd atleast get a medium and an apology for the wait, but I got neither. Our burgers were sloppy and hot. My husband used to manage a burger king in his 20's and he was certain we were given old burgers and they just nuked the sandwich. Our mayo, lettuce and tomato were all hot and the burgers were rubbery. The pictures are of our burgers uneaten and just opened. We had driven away and were on the way to an event when we opened them so we called the store. The female manager on duty was instantly defensive and rude. We were then "disconnected". We were told the pos system went down and got disconnected. My husband and I both have management experience with stores with pos systems, they are totally separate, the woman hung up on us. We called back 4 minutes later. (After talking about the audacity of this woman and if it was worth it to try again) Everything was magically better. In those 4 minutes she had time to review the security footage (that still worked fine 🙄) confirm her employees made the burgers correctly and talk to them about presentation. There was never an apology for the wait, or the burgers, or her attitude. No offer of a free fry or a raincheck offered for a soda or anything. Just trash food and trash service. This is not a location I will ever waste money...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at 9:03pm and didn't receive my food until 9:39 in the drive thru. When I got there, i was the 3rd person in line and car 1 waited a little before he ordered and moved on. The couple in car 2 were told to hold and so I sat behind them until 9:25 when they placed their order because the person on the speaker wasn't answering them. In that time, 3 other cars were behind me and eventually left. 1 was an old woman who got out of her car to open the dining room door but it was locked even though the app and signage on the building itself says the dining room is open until 10pm. I order at my turn and come to find out in those 20ish minutes I was already there, cars 1 and 2 were actually waiting behind another car that had ordered and pulled around before I even got there. Took another 10 minutes for them to get their orders and another car was behind me saying they ordered before and had food missing. When I was at the window, I could see 3 women around. 1 was actually working, another was eating a chicken patty with her bare hands as she talked to other workers or worked a screen, and the one who actually gave me my food was standing by the bags on her phone. My order was 2 double cheeseburgers, a small fry, and a large onion ring and they were cold on top of that wait and the unapologetic manner this store was being ran. I wanted to try this one out because the closer one further north gave me similar burdening issues but this was ridiculous. I fully understand being understaffed or overworked, but when you're locking up early and standing around and eating on the clock while others wait almost an hour in a drive thru of a major restaurant chain, there needs to be some sort of accountability or...
