Matt's Bakery — Restaurant in Whitehall

I was at the Town and Country Kroger for an appointment with the pharmacy to get my covid vaccine booster. I was advised to hang out for approx. 15 minutes before heading home. So I deccided to shop around. I found Matt's Bakery in Kroger. I was checking out their baked goods. I was looking at the Pita bread. I picked up a package and WOW!! The pita smelled fresh and was quite soft. When I returned home, I made a couple sandwiches with the pita bread. The bread is a bit soft with a hint of a crusty texture; seems to melt in the mouth. Today Matt’s Bakery saved my Girlfriend’s birthday party. Walmart completely let me down. I was at a complete loss and needed a cake fast. Luckily I called Matt’s bakery and they had a few premade! I purchased a strawberry shortcake and it was absolutely delicious! Far better than any cake I have ever had! Everyone loved it so much! The Blueberry Muffins!!!! Lemon Bundt Cake!!! Cranberry muffins!!! Delicious!!!! These are those type of sweets that you take your time eating so you can savor every bite.
