I really have only been to chilli's for quick bite with a girlfriend but this night we all wanted something different why we ended up here lured by the images that don't ad up to what you get. I should of followed my party with burgers one got the ribs that were dryer than my want to return but the salad, that is really the biggest disappointment when going to any restaurant serving a full size salad that looked like one thing and get my wish salad to the table. With maybe one tender cut into million pieces as it's protein, I've worked cold stations for years and never have I or could I let something go out to look so dead the mix was not even dipped in over water was flavor and dead the dressing wasn't even tossed the whole thing seemed like false advertisement I was so disappointed the manager had to keep being called out by is for a simple refill or napkin the server was bad. I knew the minute I walked it and had at least seven server's pass me looking irritated and no hostess to greet me for good 10 min that it was a mistake and waste of money to stay. Went there because a member of the Plenti card and used an email for 50% off fajitas... Asked the waitress for her name, “Maria if you’re going to complain...never told us her name...we just wanted to ask her if the coupon was good...meal went off without complaints...food was good...only asked one member of our party of 3 for refills...2 of us were never asked...never sa her again, tried to use the kiosk to pay and to take our 50% off...no luck, the kiosk froze...Red light blinking for about 10 minutes...finally a Mgr, we think? Comes and tries to adjust the check...only charges us for the meal the was 50% off... wanting to do the right thing, we wait another 10 minutes to pay for the other meals, waitress comes over asks if there is a problem we explain, brings back the check for the other items we pay, she never says thank you or make any comment about our wanting to do the right thing...just not sure if this establishment really knows what serving the customer...
