For 15 years I've been coming to this Subway roughly once every week. I have been a very regular, consistent, and loyal customer. My order has been simple: A toasted BMT with provolone, mustard, a ton of spinach, tomato, and cucumber. That's all. I have not used their onions, their peppers, their olives, their wax peppers... nothing other than spinach, tomato, and cucumber. And for 15 years, the employees have been wonderful, friendly, and have made great sandwiches. Until today. Today I was told by an employee (one whom I've never seen before) that I, the customer, could not have as much spinach as I wanted. I asked repeatedly if the policy had changed, and this employee gave no answer. He simply (and rudely) repeated his statement that I could not have any more spinach. I explained that in all my years of patronizing their sandwich shop, no employee had ever before put a limit on the amount of spinach that I could have. He told me that if I wanted more, I would have to pay for a salad. Since when is the customer not right? Since when is it ok to be rude to a customer? I told the employee that I would not be back to that store - that he personally was costing them a good and reliable customer. I meant it. ...

I try to look for the piece of turkey ham and provolone cheese on my sandwich and I wold say I rather start making my lunch at home next time to be honest. Just a disappointment. Ordered a turkey sub and I found on a foot long just a little gin layer of turkey (maybe around 6 round pieces,) and a slice of pepper jack cheese. The amount of veggies I’m not going to lie is more than plenty. But to be paying $12.69 (20%off) don’t think is worth it. I can imagine paying $15, $17 for this. Employees there very attentive.
