They CAN'T or WON'T speak english and they are VERY RUDE. I came through the drive through and PAID for two burritos. I paid for the montery jack sauce. They didn't give me the sauce. I sent my Husband inside for sour cream, assuming they could've at least gave us that since they took our money for our montery sauce. The chicken head at the counter told him he MUST to pay. He told her that I just paid and the girl in drive through NEVER gave me my receipt. The chicken head insisted that he must pay. Ironically, he did pay smh. Drive through chic also caught an attitude when I asked if there were beans in the chicken burrito. It was a disappointing day. I have a pic of the way they threw my food together. It was very sloppily made. Almost as if it had been sitting there waiting for what they assumed was a difficult customer. Another person actually came to the drive through window to look at me and then both people disappeared after I asked that question. She was complaining to him. Even still, I gave respect, knowing I wasn't getting the same thing. I also called up there to speak to a manager once I was informed on the rude way my Husband had been treated. I was hung up on. Top it off I ask for extra green sauce guess what I got bag of red sauce. I specifically ask the young men at the drive thur. Really needs a o go back to school and learn what is the color green look like. I shouldnāt be dealing this type of unorganized organization food chain. My husband and I shared the enchilada and burrito plate.. He smothered his enchilada with hot sauce and beans and when I went to eat mine it was stone cold. So cold the cheese inside wasnt even melted, so it wasn't like my food had cooled before I could get to it.. It was a nasty tortilla filled with shredded cheese..So cold I could tell it came from the fridge. Not even beginning to melt! My husband took my half of the plate up and they said since he had eaten his they wouldn't give me another. Which is BS. I can understand if one person ate half their food then said the other half was cold but my husband and I shared this plate! So they microwaved it so much the cheese melted COMPLETELY out of the tortilla and got hard! It was literally so hot I couldn't eat it without burning my mouth. Of course my husband couldn't taste whether his half of the enchilada was hot or not because he smothered it in sauce and warm beans. After we asked for the food to be fixed the lady behind the counter kept giving me the evil eye. Rude staff.. Bad food. Will never eat there again.
