Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Wichita

Last visit was 4/2/23. I don't plan to be back. I visited the S Rock Rd location in Wichita and got three meals, all with burgers. All three burgers were raw. It was kind of later in the evening...after 8pm. I called when I got home and talked with one of the two shift managers on duty, Renee. I was told I could bring in my raw burgers for replacements. I declined to do that because I didn't see the point in driving back in to only get 3 more raw burgers. I chose to keep the receipt and get three replacement meals within one week. I was told that my name would be added to "the book" 'right now' (before she forgot) so it was documented for replacement when I returned. When I returned, I was told by Starr that my name was not in written down in "the book" and I misplaced my receipt. I was turned away because I lacked the receipt with the order, so she knew what to replace. It DID NOT matter that I used my debit card and was able to show that information was used at that location a few days prior, with the amount of the transaction and showed this information to Starr. Starr even admitted that the girl that was working the grill that night quit because the pressure was too great for her. Unfortunately, the GM was not working this particular night either. I've left multiple messages for the GM that were never returned within two weeks of this incident. So, I feel like they "stole" my money too. I plan to never return as this incident remains unresolved. Just for reference, tracking my card number for that date of service would tell the merchant what I ordered for replacement by pulling up the entire order, which I tried to explain to Starr. Okay so let me start off by Saying I love braum's it's one of my favorite places to eat in fact I go up there once or twice a week the girl taking orders and money are usually really nice but EVERY TIME I go up there they forget my sauce which doesn't sound like a huge deal except the only reason I like the chicken strips is with the gravy and my kids will only eat the chicken with the braum's sauce.... Today has been a long day and I was TRYING to get a quick easy dinner I got $50 worth of food two 4 pc chicken strip meals two kids chicken strips meals and 3 burger meals so when they pulled me up to the door I understood them they bring out the food and I just took it and drive off I usually check the bag but this time I didn't I get all the way home pass out food and not one sauce I call and have to go back to get it but by the time I got back to eat my food was cold that's why this is irritating because seriously if I spend $50 plus dollars once or twice a week (and half of what I order is freaking chicken strips) I expect for y'all to AT LEAST put the freaking sauce in the bag.... I work in the service industry so I get forgetting stuff and mistakes but every time is kinda ridiculous and half the time when I ask for it or remind them about it they get a...

Twice in 2 weeks… DISGUSTED! The ice cream counters looked like a bomb went off. The floors were awful.. out of chocolate frozen yogurt, out of Jr waffle cones.. these kids making ice cream orders , slinging stuff everywhere. Not bothering to wipe up messes they made. Couldn’t read what flavors of ice cream were in the bins due to the tops being completely disgusting smeared with melted dried ice cream. I have never in 15 years seen this place like this. As I said a visit 2 weeks ago we encountered this. Absolutely uncalled for. Where is management? I understand when things get busy and messes were made during a rush, but even when it slowed down no one was even attempting to clean ANYTHING up! Just kids standing around. 47th st braums encounters huge volume of traffic and yes their ice cream counters get awful, but someone is always working to clean up behind others during and after a rush! This is a management issue! Also, we picked up 6 carton of eggs before we found one that had none broken! The cartoons were stuck together and sticky. This location has gone Hill tremendously.. we eat burgers here frequently and lately finding a clean by table has been a challenge. DO BETTER...
