Fireside Grille — Restaurant in Wichita

Fireside Grille was a welcome surprise during our stay at the Wichita Marriott. We arrived late and left early, but the restaurant delivered on both ends. Even close to closing time, the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure we had a full dining experience without feeling rushed.

The food was solid—well-prepared, flavorful, and just what we needed after a long day of travel. It’s rare to find hotel dining that doesn’t feel like an afterthought, but Fireside Grille holds its own. The convenience of having a quality restaurant right off the lobby made our overnight stay that much better.

Emilia our waitress was awesome. I would hire her any day! The food was cold. My burgers sat in a window for ten minutes. Not cool. Great service. Cold food. I think there was a manager there standing around. Get on top of the food and how it is coming out !
