I bought a chair online and paid for the guys at the store to build it. I got the confirmation that the chair was ready for pickup. So the next day, we went to pick it up and they didn't have the color I ordered but they had one in brown. I didn't care about color so my husband went inside to pay for it while i canceled the online order. They said my chair would be ready for pickup at about 4. Once we got the call that it was ready, the supervisor Kevin, called and said the hydraulic piece was broken. So, I had to go in and he offered to give me another chair. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Especially Kevin. He does great at his job and definitely earned a loyal customer for all my office needs....

I went in to the store with multiple things I needed printed for my daughter’s first birthday and the employee left something off (after I went through and double checked my list with him), then when my husband picked up the order one of the items wasn’t cut, one of my foam boards was the wrong size and the design wasn’t placed correctly on both of the foam boards - it was very obvious they weren’t. We had to go back to correct the issue and then they printed the same design on both of the foam boards! Super disappointed with how many times I needed to go back. This many mistakes should have never happened. Better off ordering from somewhere else and...

Great service and friendly staff. Even though I wasn't able to explain well what I was looking for, the guy stocking the isles was able to direct me to the right area. I don't know if that was by accident, or if he actually understood my bumbling explanation. Either way, he was great. Kevin checked me out, and even though I only purchased one tiny item for less than $5, he was friendly and professional. Great customer service all around. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm old school enough to believe there is always room for improvement. So in my book, 4 stars...
