Wendy's — Restaurant in Wichita

You should not have to bring your food back to a restaurant and ask for fresh food. My burger literally tasted like it have been made 45 minutes before I ordered it. I guess they unwrapped it and took the pickles off like I ordered.... and I don't even want to speak on the fries... sad part about it is this is the second time they done this to me...I'm about over the whole fast food thing... bad enough it's not good for our bodies although convenient... at least serve it fresh. 1 star cause they threw in a extra treat for the inconvenience. And customer service was okay I guess... come on Wendy's no more cold food.... so sad. I had to get back on here to edit this post to say they just gave me what seemed to be warmer food. But still very sh*tty. Now I can officially say this location has lost my business. Freaking pathetic. That's y I usually ask for my money back when food is not right the first time...and I don't usually do reviews but they deserve this one.... and I take back my star. -minus-2stars. And Yes it's that serious. Waisted time and money... and you wonder why you all have not one 5 star rating.... at least as of now ya"ll dont. I'm sure the manager will see this and give it a anonymous...

Terrible. We stopped here for a quick bite after a day of shopping. It was cold and it had started to flurry out. Apparently, this Wendy's took that as a challenge. It felt as cold, if not colder, inside the restaurant. The women's bathroom was out of order. On top of those two things, the drink machine had no ice, so I went back to the counter and had our cups filled with ice by the cashier. Then, we discovered that the small lids were out of stock as well. At this point I just got into the cabinet and refilled the lids myself. Then we waited for our food. While waiting, I went to get ketchup and guess what... Yep, both dispensers were bone dry. So when going to get our food, I got some packets of ketchup. Once we started to dish out our food, we realized it was not hot. It was barely warm. We decided to just eat and remember to never come back to this location again. The only good thing I can say about our visit was that the cashier was nice, although I suspect the things not being attended to were likely her responsibility, so I don't know that they deserve credit...

Order through drive-through ask for fresh at the window pick up ask if it’s fresh employee said should be it was /Not fresh I would’ve not Feed it to my dog I don’t know what happened after the store was remodeled the food went straight to Hell waitress asked me for the wrong amount of money three times when I said no that’s not right and she said sorry and then she came back and said the same thing again then she realize she made a mistake Did not apologize then the food sucked I did not want to waste one second making a phone call if they don’t care about their business why should I🍉 there was nobody there it took Long time waiting at the window on my foot still sitting next to the register while she’s taking other people to order behind me somebody must’ve came, but I was there for at least 12 minutes or more before I paid for my food. She was on some other project. Obviously, They need a new manager...
