My wife and I went to this McDonald’s almost every day for breakfast menu. We alway got the same thing every time we went . And we have been going there for over a year now , not anymore. For over a year this store seems to have a problem knowing how to fill and order correctly. The only time it was done correctly is when they had a girl by the name of Pam. Well they fired her for unknown reasons , probably because the manager is an incompetent person. He has no customer service ability. Everyone that goes to this store need to read those little boxes that apple pies come in. They MUST be labeled with date and time . Those are not allowed to be sold if the time and date are passed the time stamped. I know this and other items because I was and assistant manager for McDonald’s. On 1/7/2021 around 9:30am I went and pickup breakfast for my wife and I again . I noticed the time stamped on the apple pies that said 11:30am which was fine. However a few hours later around 1pm my wife became very ill throwing up and about haft hour later I became very ill . This went on for the next 10 to 12 hours. We had not eaten anything except the breakfast and apple pie that we got from McDonald’s. We developed food poisoning and we got it from McDonald’s. We know this for a fact. I believe that they are changing the labels on the apple pies and updating the time and putting them back into the warming bins. This manger should not be managing this store or any store . I said this to the area manager (Anna) about 9 months ago but it seem to fall on deaf ears. If customer were smart they will not go to this store , unless you want to get sick , and having food poisoning is not fun. I have decided to look into buying a McDonald’s franchise and placing in in a location that will compete against the one in Wickenburg . Be smart don’t deal with a fast food store that have employees that can’t seem to get anything correct. Read more10/20 4:34, a red pickup in front of us ordering forever , teens laughing and joking. We waited. They then pulled up and sat over 20 min at pickup joking with kid in yellow shirt and apparently changing and changing their order. We pull up and they try to give me fries sitting there cold for 20 min. I very nicely ask for fresh since been a long while since order . The kid gets his manager who says if you want fresh we’ll need to park you. I asked why was the pickup taking 20 min not parked? (minimum 20 if they check their timers) She said she wasn’t aware! I asked to speak to her manager and she said “I am the GM.” I said you’re the GM and will allow a pickup in drive thru that long without parking then and we patiently wait and only ask for hot fries and I’m the one parked? There was never a “sorry took so long” either. She said that’s exactly right and if you want them, you get parked. I asked for my money back which took at least 5 min. Then she said with much attitude, have a nice day. If a GM can behave like this…McDs is the worst!!! Stay away! Read moreStopped at this location just prior to 11pm on the way home to Gilbert. Ordered a Filet of Fish meal with a chocolate shake. The fries were cold and greasy; not crispy when I tasted them as I pulled away from the drive thru window. Took the fish sandwich out to eat approximately 1 mile from the location and found it was dry as there was no tartar sauce or cheese on the sandwich. Checked online and the restaurant was scheduled be opened until midnight. I turned around and returned to find the store was closed shortly after 11. Employees were cleaning and could clearly see me in the drive thru but failed to acknowledge me for several minutes. Eventually the manager, Dylan, came to the window and advised the kitchen had closed and he could not remake the food or process a refund. Dylan seemed like a nice enought guy but couldn't resolve the issue tonight. He stated he could put me on a list and have the food remade on my next visit.
