Seaside Diner — Restaurant in Wildwood Crest

I wasn't going to post anything but still annoyed, Went down the first week August. We stay about two doors down. Walked down wearing my flip flops which was my fault to get something for the pool. This was totally my fault, tripped going up the steps and cut up my toe and it was gushing out blood, luckily patron coming in assisted asked if was ok. No one from the establishment came over to ask if was ok. Started to shop and realized had blood gushin out my toe. Asked where restroom were and went in. Eventually controlled the bleeding was by myself since everyone else was swimming. The male who guessing behind the counter was the owner or family. Came out asked if could have bandaid, he said on the shelf, grabbed box started to go back to restroom he goes " you need to pay for those" said be back want to stop bleeding all together still made me pay. The employee or no one even asked how was or what happened and goes " did you clean up mess or do we have to" said I got it. Then said " thanks for asking if I'm ok" and left .. Never again, never cared for this place always high price and felt...

Small diner with a small town feel to it. Simple breakfast menu. The food reminds me of a mom or dad, that is really good at making home breakfast at home, & now is cooking home breakfast here. With small outside sitting 2 tables forc4 & 2 for 2 tables, during this time. The waitress seem to be a little overwhelmed service with all four tables, she is nice & she does not rush when eating but she seem to be rushing to take orders & walking away maybe before is complete, I dont think if she is realizeing it while doing it, working at an unnecessary fast. She is Very nice, we get our food, still deserves a nice tip. Need one more Umbrella for tables, people kept moving the umbrellas for shad for their table maybe leaving one with sun in their eyes. Only reason that went to details about the small problems is because they are easy fixes & That can make it all the more that small diner with a lot of hart💓. We hope visit this Diner again. (Seems we where told no bathrooms, which is a problem, for someone that had that 2 cups of coffee & now has to drive home for 2 hrs. & there is no...

The food honestly was decent no complaints there. I had a turkey hoagie with avocado on it and my friend got an omelette both pretty good. Although, the service and atmosphere was not up to par. When we walked in no one greeted us but the owner yelled at the front counter lady that there were customers there. She then proceeded to bark back that she saw us. And when we tried to make our order she put the store phone up to her ear the whole time. So I’m thinking that’s why she didn’t catch that we wanted our food to be for there and not Togo. Our food came out togo so my friend asked for it to be for here and she argued that we ordered it togo even though we did not and told her “just eat it out the box” and rolled her eyes and walked away. The owner also chimed in saying “just eat wherever you want we don’t care”. Both of us found this very unwelcoming and disrespectful and don’t recommend coming here if you have real expectations of good...
