I went last night and I ordered a family bucket of fries, original chicken cutlet, fried crab Mac and cheese, and fried shrimp. It was more than disappointing... me my husband can not get over how much of a waste of money it was! $58 for everything and I feel ripped off. The fries I figured would be 3 servings since it costs more than twice as much as a regular bucket, but it poured out to be about a bucket and a half. While I was waiting for my chicken cutlet to be prepared, a young man was handling the mop bucket with gloved hands, then proceeded to prepare my chicken cutlet sandwich without removing the gloves or making any effort to clean his hands. I saw him grab the chicken and assemble all ingredients on the bun and cut in half. Once I saw him and made eye contact, he knew that he did something wrong. I asked for my money back from the young lady at the counter when she responded that she could not give me my money back until she spoke with the manager via phone. What has happened to this place? Our experience was incredibly disappointing and chaotic. We waited 10 minutes just to order, were overcharged, and informed 25 minutes later that the fries weren't safe for our allergies while we were still waiting. Despite our clear communication about a severe dairy allergy, the staff added cheese to the cups and then claimed they couldn't serve us due to the seasoning…. The inconsistency was baffling and concerning. We've eaten here safely multiple times ay this exact location throughout the past few years, but the current staff is clueless and poses a serious risk to customers as there is extremely poor...
