Needs A LOT of work and needs to build up A LOT more action & rides to bring guests to this pier. This is a VERY low traffic area and has VERY little to do (even less with covid-19) and it makes the pier very unattractive and boring. This year the best ride on the pier; The Great White is even closed and far from opening anytime soon. The ONE ride that would actually draw somewhat of a crowd is closed for the season. Please rebuild this pier it used to be fun when I was a kid; it has A LOT of potential!!
Maybe build a mirror maze, an interactive 3d themed ride along ride featuring Morey's water gun games, ring the bell, ring toss, balloon darts &/or others! I called it Coney Island on drugs) because it reminded me of that place. It's very crowded in summer but it has a long line of fun things IF you are into THAT KINDA FUN. I prefer other places so I rated it based on the fun similar places offer, not according to what I personally like. It also has cheaper hotels to stay but they are not cozy for me. Read moreThe Great White is a classic wooden coaster. Boat tag is still interesting and helicopter rides, though expensive, is an interesting and unique attraction.
It just seems like this pier has most of the high end add on attractions and not enough rides for the family.
The art studio thing is ok, but out of place here. If you cant spring for the big stuff, there's not too much here. If you can and will pay the up charges, this is your kind of place .
