I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to pour my heart into this one. Pham is honestly a dream come true, it has everything I love in one place, açaí, smoothies, boba, matcha, coffee and not just average versions of them, but insanely good ones. I’m genuinely blown away every time. The quality is impeccable, like, not a single detail is overlooked. Every sip, every bite feels made with care and intention. It’s rare to find a place that checks every box and still feels this warm, cozy, and special. This shop has become my comfort spot, and the employees make it feel super homey, they’re extremely friendly and genuine, they take care of your order with care. it tastes like joy, like peace, like exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I have had Dubai chocolate covered strawberries in many places. When I saw the sign advertising it here my daughter and decided to split a small one. It was $14.00 but we know they can be expensive. The worker went in the back and we couldn’t see what he was doing. It was very suspect at that point. It was not a clean looking place we then noticed too. Then he came out and handed it to us. No talking, no pleasantries. As soon as we saw it we knew it was NOT Dubai chocolate. It was a thin, dark brown syrup. My best guess is it was Hershey’s syrup. No Pistachio creme, a few Kadayif pastry strands. We both tasted it and feared we’d get ill so we threw the rest out. Totally dishonest in their portraying this item. My family and I wanted something cold and refreshing for breakfast so we stopped at Pham for their smoothies, acai bowl and matcha drink. Everything was delicious but the service was so good. My toddler was drinking his smoothie and he dropped it on the floor within the first few sips. He was upset and wanted a new one but I couldn't bring myself to ask them but without hesitation, she offers to make my son a new smoothie free of charge. I was really touched by her kindness and immediately knew I needed to write a review! Thank you for bring so kind to my son and for your delicious drinks and food.
