The location is about an hour from grand canyon, Sedona, flagstaff, and Winslow. The spaces between spots are small with very little too no shade. If you want to use your awning, bring straps and weights as there is a breeze with light gusts. There's a dollar general across the street from the hotel main entrance. The playground isn't shaded, so it's super hot sitting the day and can't really be used. Volleyball and basketball areas are nice. They have 4-6 waters and dryers in the shower house with vending machines and AC. Shower house is nice, and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower (they're in dispensers with pumps). The restaurant in the hotel is buffet. The pool is open 7am-11pm and is saltwater. We did smell chlorine too. It's 3ft-5ft deep, capacity of 75. The jacuzzi is 3ft deep and capacity of 9. Both the pool and jacuzzi are handicap accessible. They provide pool towels and there's a bathroom at the pool. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed staying here. The trains are right next door, so if their noises bother you- beware. I will say that the guests and other campers were disappointing; there's rules and etiquette, so everyone enjoys vacation. Please be considerate.

Took the train to the Grand Canyon after a cute short western play/shootout. Went up in first class and returned in Coach. Coach was so much better. The view was better because no curtains? Who knows. The person we had on our train gave so much more info, told stories, did a scavenger hunt, and interacted constantly. In first class, our person started and stopped when talking, interacted in our area never, gave no additional info just the bare basics. A snack breakfast was served in first class but all in all NOT worth the price. Also, depending on the side you are on, you see little to nothing of what you should be looking for like people waving along the way. We did enjoy the train ride, but would pay for coach both ways next time. Also, singers on the train and train robbery. Bring cash for tips and cash for food if you go get food, and yes you can walk up and down the train!

We had the best experience. Friendly reception, we booked the family suite. Perfect for families with teens or a few kids. The rate was awesome, which was what we love. AND our pup was welcome with no pet fee!! They had a great walking area for the dog and clean-up station. Indoor heated pool. A gym. Close to everything! The room was super clean and cozy. Very quiet and the train we could barely hear. Besides the great room, they probably had the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. From housekeeping to reception. They also had free breakfast. Also, it was the best free breakfast I've seen. Fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, cereal, bagels really anything you'd want was there. I was so impressed that I've recommended this location to everyone. We frequent Williams often. This will be our spot for affordability and accommodations. So appreciate this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$. THIS IS NOT GLAMPING. BEWARE :(

Pros -Close to William's -hot water was very hot -blue lights on outside -small fireplace provided 2 outdoor chairs and a picnic table

Cons -units need alot of fixing and upkeep. Appears bear minimum cleaning and up keep. -A/C did not auto turn off or on. Therefore, either to hot or to cold. Ran 24/7 -Very warn and dirty..see pictures. -Paper thin pillows -Microwave would not work after 5 minutes trying to heat pre-made chili. Turned off and would not work until it cooled down -entire syay no internet says poor connection the entire time. Staff are very aware of no internet. Meaning no tv. Called office later in evening. Fridge did not cool and freeze and fridge had frost build up. Maintenance came said he could not change out fridge had back issues. However, no one came to fix the entire stay. Had to buy ice and put most refrigerated items in cool the entire stay. -truck stop right across road very noisy all day and night -mouse problems loooottts of mouse traps all over park -Ac Air filter dirty and we had to clean. dishes have a film all over them and old. Pay cleaning fee to have to pre wash dishes before using towels and lines old -doors dinged and covered with tape couch uncomfortable and aged -have to buy firewood from them. 5 small pieces $10 -CHARGE YOU $20 an hour if you want to check in early -no hair dryers or curling irons allowed to be used in unit. Have to use public shower to use these items per there contract paid 2 night with pet fee early check in 2 hours firewood 10 and 360 for 2 night. Totalling $420.00 not worth it. STAY AT A HOTEL IN WILLIAMS -no dog park or grass for your pet all rocks or weeds. -Bed hard -Older office lady cranky and grumpy. Should not be in customer service. -no...

Great RV park. Check in was quick, staff was friendly and accommodating. Our space was clean, level and included full hookups. WiFi was just ok, a little buffering but at times dropped out completely. Once dropped out, couldn’t get it back. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room were very clean. Soaps and shampoos were even provided in in the showers. Access to hotel pool and workout room were included. Nice covered sitting area with grills, picnic tables and a large fire pit. Very reasonably priced when compared to similar RV parks with the same accommodations. Easy walk to downtown Williams and RT66. Train noise not as bad and frequent as some may have indicated (imo). My thought is that if you are going to pick an RV park with railway in its name, and is adjacent to railroad tracks you should anticipate some noise. We had a site that backed up to the tracks and it did not bother us. Will...
